The Resource is a safe container where we open up Pandora’s Box on all the uncomfortable stuff.We are having gracious conversations on heavy-hitting topics.In our first season, we are taking a deep dive into all things Sexual harassment, assault, and workplace culture.Ill be talking to survivors, HR specialists, psychologists, reformed offenders, consent educators, lawyers, and MPs and more key players. I'm going to be breaking down the major issues, and help people understand their rights and the best course of action.My hope is that listeners feel so supported, informed, and confident about these topics that you start and continue better conversations that create lasting change. This is a place that is made and supported by the people, for the people. A team effort where we unite to make a lasting change. My dad, David Felstead!

So he and I have a really great open conversation that most other people don't get to have.

I'm so lucky to have dad by my side.

He's my mentor, my rock, my support.

He's an advocate, an ally, confidant.
He's my friend, one of my best friends, and…

he's my Daddio.

We open up in a conversation about his journey from the UK, to Aus with a young family in tow. - the challenges that arose from being FIFO and pursuing a profession change

- being an engineer to a teacher.

- how he was navigating being a father, a father of daughters, and being mine and Lucy's dad. he, he talks about his insight for fathers in the same position.

- his experience in the workforce as an advocate and ally and an active bystander.

As you can imagine, I love a chat. So does Dad.

- workplace culture, harassment, abuse,
- being a father in the world,
- and being a father of daughters in the world
- what it was like when Dad found out the things that I had experienced as a young woman
- how he and I have navigated that journey together.

I'm endlessly grateful for everything that he is, everything that he's done, and everything that he's been to me and all the people and our family around us.
