I'm going to be breaking down the major issues, and help people understand their rights and the best course of action.My hope is that listeners feel so supported, informed, and confident about these topics that you start and continue better conversations that create lasting change. This is a place that is made and supported by the people, for the people. A team effort where we unite to make a lasting change. Samantha Jackson, an Internationally accredited health coach works with people all over the globe to change habits, behaviours, and health.

Sam really graciously shares;

her upbringing,
the challenges that she face through illness, which made her miss eight months of school
her journey of fighting back to be awarded dux in physics, human biology and chemistry
she was told within this journey that she would never fight back to be the human that she was, that she would be frail, and she wouldn't have children.
But meeting Sam and having this discussion today helps me see, and hopefully yourself that she's everything but frail and everything, but the small package that she's in, everything good comes in small packages.
