The Resource
From Mining Sites to Mic Drops: Becky's Back.
Becky launched The Resource Podcast during the FIFO Inquiry to spark real talk about culture, mental health, and the hard stuff no one wants to touch. Think truth bombs, tough convos, and healing with humour.
Now she's back, flipping the script again. After 40 episodes and 15,000 mining crew later, the podcast is diving deeper into money stress, mindset shifts, relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves.
Expect raw chats, zero fluff, and life-saving honesty. If you've ever felt stuck, broke, or burnt out, this one's for you.
The hope is that listeners feel so supported, informed, and confident about these topics that you start and continue better conversations that create lasting change. This is a place that is made and supported by the people, for the people. A team effort where we unite to make a lasting change.

The Resource
Kylah Morrison, General Manager for Mets Ignited
Kyla Morrison, who has a portfolio career across the mining sector, is the General manager for Mets Ignited - the industry growth centre for technology, and mining equipment.
She also runs her own leadership company and is a non-executive director.
We speak about;
- her vast experience in the oil and gas industry, and working offshore
- experiences with leadership,
- Her vast experience as an operator
- We speak about how leadership has changed from a command and control way of leadership, to ensuring that you are instead engaging your workforce through an impactful and powerful why, and empowering them, and ensuring that the values are aligned.
- the importance of not only learning and growing, but putting those learnings and growth into action.
I really wanted to have Kyla on the podcast because when I met her, you could see a groundedness, her kindness and her abundant way that she is able to connect small business with large business and see the growth and the culture change.
Kylah really lives within integrity in the way that she shows up.
Kylah lived and worked in the regional areas of Australia in the Pilbara for nine years, and has experience working with all different kinds of people, and all different sizes of businesses.
One of the key points in her journey that we spoke about on the podcast was her ability to see that after other people started backing her ability to finally back herself, it changed the trajectory of her life and her role in leadership.
