The Resource
From Mining Sites to Mic Drops: Becky's Back.
Becky launched The Resource Podcast during the FIFO Inquiry to spark real talk about culture, mental health, and the hard stuff no one wants to touch. Think truth bombs, tough convos, and healing with humour.
Now she's back, flipping the script again. After 40 episodes and 15,000 mining crew later, the podcast is diving deeper into money stress, mindset shifts, relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves.
Expect raw chats, zero fluff, and life-saving honesty. If you've ever felt stuck, broke, or burnt out, this one's for you.
The hope is that listeners feel so supported, informed, and confident about these topics that you start and continue better conversations that create lasting change. This is a place that is made and supported by the people, for the people. A team effort where we unite to make a lasting change.

Heidi Anderson - Former Radio Host, Author, CEO
I discuss with Heidi, her journey from being a radio show host to being on Big Brother, a Body Image Advocate, and a Shed Your Shit queen.
We also speak on the walk of no shame that I've took part in with Heidi and a bunch of other fabulous women, what it meant to each of us, what it meant to myself for walking through the shopping centre and having the realization that I feared being desired, found sexy, or being called names for others, that it was a liberation and a reclamation.
But for Heidi, it was a start of a movement and her journey, even in itself, walking through that day, understanding that what she was doing was so much bigger than her.
She shares about her book and the differences of personality in her head and her journey of silencing those demons through sex, booze, and boys.
We also talk about imposter syndrome, loss of identity, finding your identity and all the tools and tricks and things that she's had to put in place to make sure that she becomes a solid human and who she is.
Today, we acknowledge that the Healing journey is just that. It's a journey. There's never a final destination that once you are put into discomfort or you're pushed out of your comfort zone, you find comfort in that zone, and then it's another journey again to find discomfort and to put yourself out of your comfort zone and to really t's forever growing and forever changing.
I so appreciate Heidi's vulnerability and openness and her willingness to go first and in a world where if people may not like you, they'll tell you in a world that can be brutal, and I so appreciate how Heidi shows up.
