The Resource is a safe container where we open up Pandora’s Box on all the uncomfortable stuff.We are having gracious conversations on heavy-hitting topics.In our first season, we are taking a deep dive into all things Sexual harassment, assault, and workplace culture.Ill be talking to survivors, HR specialists, psychologists, reformed offenders, consent educators, lawyers, and MPs and more key players. I'm going to be breaking down the major issues, and help people understand their rights and the best course of action.My hope is that listeners feel so supported, informed, and confident about these topics that you start and continue better conversations that create lasting change. This is a place that is made and supported by the people, for the people. A team effort where we unite to make a lasting change. Lucy Peach is a period preacher, author, and folksinger. Lucy is a long-time champion of the power of the menstrual cycle and an advocate for self-love and positive body literacy. She’s educated and empowered thousands with her theatre performances, workshops, and book, using science stories and songs to shift the period narrative in our culture from one of shame to one of pride.

We learn about how Lucy got to this point of advocacy and why she’s so passionate to help the world see the power of the period for people that bleed and for people that don't.

I really wanted to have the conversation about how the cycle can affect mental health, and the workplace, and how we can utilise it to empower the workforce.
I absolutely fan girl with Lucy, and it was such an honor to have her on. Enjoy.
