I cover my personal experience of de-programming from cultural"norms" as a south Asian woman. I was convinced for a very long time I needed to be "safe" since I am always a target as a women. Many other illusions fed to me as child.
No one is to blame here, as it is all programming. I decided to reclaim my sovernigty and my MIND! Many women have been programmed to live in fear and do not even understand, why they have certain desires...
Living from my authentic expression as a women and ofc I am triggering many as I breath :)
