About the episode: Vet Life Reimagined welcomes Melanie Barham, DVM, PMP, MBA. Dr. Melanie Barham started her veterinary career as an equine veterinarian including working with performance horses in Canada. She later helped start a surveillance program called the Ontario Animal Health Network. She has led many projects including, currently, as acting chief executive officer of the non-profit Community Veterinary Outreach and she is the CEO of Vets Stay Go Diversify! Which is a community-based organization helping veterinary professionals build satisfying careers.

We discuss a values-based approach to building a sustainable career and tips for how to start today.
