American Reformation
We believe the American church needs reformation. To go forward we must go back. This podcast will explore the theology and practices of the early church and other eras of discipleship multiplication and apply those learnings to our post-Christian/secular American culture. American Reformation is a podcast of the Unite Leadership Collective. Follow us at uniteleadership.org. We consult, bring together cohorts of congregations for peer to peer learning, and certify leaders for work in the church and world.

How Not to Circle the Wagons: The Church on Mission - With Norb Oesch
About Norb -
"I’m a child of God, husband of Jackie for 56 years, father of 4, and grandfather of 14. I served 3 congregations, one in Texas, and two in CA, sizes from 90 to over 4000 members. I also served my church body 15 years at district levels and 12 years at the International level, chairing ministries on continuing education for pastors, family ministry and the Board for Parish Services. I also founded seven not-for-profit organizations dedicated to connecting people to Jesus, nationally and internationally. In 1997 I was called to leave congregational work and found Pastoral Leadership Institute, a leadership training program for pastors and their wives. I lead for 8 years domestically, six years internationally and continued to raise financial support for 8 more years. PLI has trained over 1500 pastors and their wives domestically and over 3500 internationally."
My deep desire for my life is that many more people may be connected to Jesus.
