When Effort Still Falls Short

SPEAKER_00

Sometimes in the HTM industry, you can give everything you have and still come up short. You can prepare, you can troubleshoot, you can study the manual, call the vendor, lean on your experience, stay late, skip lunch, do everything the right way, and still not get the outcome you wanted. That's a hard truth. But it's real.

Where Correction Comes From

SPEAKER_00

And in HTML when that happens, correction can come. A leader may pull you aside, a teammate may point out what you missed, a clinician may challenge the response. A process may expose the gap.

Correction Is Not Rejection

SPEAKER_00

And in that moment, it's easy to hear correction as condemnation. But sometimes correction is not rejection. Sometimes correction is care. Sometimes correction is someone saying, I still believe you can grow. Sometimes correction is hope wearing work boots. Because the people who truly care about your future won't just celebrate your wins, they'll help you survive your mistakes.

Humility Turns Mistakes Into Strength

SPEAKER_00

They'll help you see what you couldn't see. They'll help you sharpen what still needs development. And if you can receive that correction with humility, if you can let it teach you instead of wound you, if you can allow it to shape you instead of shame you, then even the moments where you came up short can become part of the foundation that makes you stronger.

Growth Beats Perfection In HTM

SPEAKER_00

Because in this industry, perfection is not the goal, growth is accountability, is trust is, and sometimes the greatest professionals are not the ones who never miss it, they're the ones who learn from it, adjust, and come back better.
