So today's podcast episode is how to make six figures in your business. And I really want this to be a spin on how to make it more fun and easier because you can make six figures $100,000 or more in sales in a year in your business and it'd be stressful AF. It'd be overwhelming. It'd be frustrating. So that is not welcomed here in this podcast episode. I've been there. And I don't want you there. Which is why I do what I do. I love pouring into you I love giving you all the juicy deets. That's really one of the main motivators of starting the podcast is to give you an easy way ha See what I did there an easy way I need my easy button today. Your your easier way to build your business, especially if you have children. If you have a day job, like tell me any excuse you have to not make six figures or more in your business, and I'm going to debunk it. So feel free to do that if you want the challenge because I'm ready for the challenge. And I am living all my dreams right now I am recording this podcast episode, literally in the parking lot at target before I go run it and get stuff we just got a new puppy we leave for Hawaii, I can't wait to tell you all about it. This podcast will this episode will release after we get back from Hawaii. So I'll give you like the whole rundown. I am already calling in that this trip is going to be not only transform, transformational, I don't have words today, it's not only going to be transformational for everyone going there's nine of us including myself. It's going to be huge, because I really believe the further you travel, the bigger the transformation. I just made it up. But I really think it's true. The last time I was at Hawaii was with my husband on our honeymoon. And that alone was transformational because that's when my health and fitness journey kicked off. We were on our honeymoon I looked in the mirror at the pool and I just felt terrible and it really had nothing to do with the scale. I had very little confidence. I was such a people pleaser at the time I was just besides my marriage, which was so freakin happy. We're in freakin Hawaii, right? Fresh, strong, fresh strawberries, fresh pineapple being delivered to you in like this pool, right? Like you have your undivided attention of your significant other like, life could not be better. But it's important to pay attention to those feelings even when you're in good, powerful moments, right. And so that was a huge pivotable pivotal. I can't talk today, y'all. That was a huge turning point for my personal development. That's really when all of this kicked off. It was that moment, we're not going back to the same island that we went to for going to Hawaii. I even have my Hawaiian shirt on today. As I'm recording, we're just embracing all of it. But like recording in the parking lot of target, sitting in my car, which I love my car and heading to Hawaii feel so bougie and like I've made it in this world. And here's the thing, I shared a post the other day that I can feel very triggering, when you have not made it air quotes in your business and you see other people succeed. So I do acknowledge that because I have felt that so often, even in my personal life when like I was still living at my parents, and my friends were like getting their own places. I would like go home and cry because I wasn't in a financial place in order to move out on my own. And then even when I did move out on my own, I was still not in a financial place to do so. But I figured it out. And I was proud of myself for doing so but I still struggled. And even in my business when I moved from the nonprofit organization after 10 years raising millions of dollars, yada, yada, yada, which was amazing, I'm super proud of it. But when you go in a whole different industry, especially online, it's just a whole different world and with you know, sprinkle in a new baby into there, it's, it's hard. And I didn't start with business coaching, because I didn't feel like I earned it yet. So I did a lot of life coaching, and mindset work which I needed, right. So like everything I've provided, has, because I've needed it, and then I re created it to be my own genius, and put a spin on it, especially now knowing that I have ADHD, I kept like, having so many challenges with focusing and productivity and like so I feel like I've created this practical way to get to six figures and create systems and support for you to do it. So that's not a sales pitch. By the way, that's just really what I feel like I've been able to do, for those that will listen to me, and this is I'm just going to be real with you. Because that's what we do on the podcast. I like let I let you see me completely exposed more than I even do on social and I feel like I'm very, very vulnerable on social media. But the podcast, I know, if you listen to the podcast, you are like my home girl, we are besties we are ride or dies, I know you have a lot of podcasts that you could be listening to. And so I want to just be real with you. And I completely lost what I was going to say I'm gonna be real with you and I had something really real that I wanted to share with you. Um, it'll come back to me. But so I've created things that I needed along the way. And my six figure journey, and a lot of you guys know, I've gone on to now being on a seven figure journey to, again, help you do the same. I know what I was gonna say, See squirrel, squirrel, squirrel squirrel. So I said, if you'll listen, this is the hardest thing for me to do as a mentor, because I know what we do works. I know the strategies work. I know the accountability that we provide work. I know everything we do does work. It does take time, there is tweaking and modifying because there is no one size fits all, there is no cookie cutter, I don't care what anyone tells you. There's no cookie cutter, right? So we do have to move and tweak and modify and find your style, right? It's just like clothing, find your style. But I can speed up a lot of that process, right? By teaching you by supporting you by cheering you on by giving you strategy, right? That is proven to work. But what hurts my heart the most as a mentor is when people sign up for things, and they don't take action. And then it hurts even more when people say it's because of me. It like is a dagger in the heart. And I'm like, it's like you joining the gym. Right? And then not going to the gym. Even though that gym is opening up every single day no matter what, right? Um, but then you blame it on the gym. And here's the thing, I don't take it personally anymore. I've really worked through that it still does hurt because I'm human. But um, that gym is opening up every single day. And guess what, same here, even on the days that I am going through really hard shit. I still show up. Even when I didn't have childcare or like today, it was a holiday, I still show up. It's not easy for me to always show up. But I do it because I believe in showing up. So that is the first thing that I need to talk about on this podcast episode is you must show up even when you don't feel like it. And it's okay to say I don't feel like showing up today. But I'm here on our one of our accountability pods today. One of my clients pretty much said that she was going through some hard things. And she was like, she didn't say she didn't want to be here. But she said she was going through some hard things. And anytime someone says that I always acknowledged them. Thank you for showing up. Because I know she had a choice. And guess what, we're not all perfect. Sometimes you're going to take the white flag and, and give yourself a timeout. Um, but if you can show up more than you don't show up, you can get to six figures. So when you enroll support, I need you to know that that's the most important thing. No matter what program you sign up, no matter what mentor, look yourself in the mirror and say if it's to be it's up to me, that person has to be your extra kind of like the extra icing, right? But you've got to bake the cake, right? They can give you everything just like a coach on the sidelines at a football game right? I can be on the sidelines. Okay, go back to the game here. You go, Okay, I literally don't stop thinking about all my clients, inner circle, don't stop thinking about them. I am constantly thinking of them constantly listening, getting their feedback, I don't expect to know at all or be perfect. But I show up. And that's what I expect from who I work with, whether it's in a group program, of course, right? All of this works when we work. So before I give you any of the juicy details, you need to know that that's important, okay? And you need to like level up in order to do it, right. Like, you can't expect a million dollar business with a minimum wage work ethic. And the same is true about a six figure business because I don't want you just to get to six figures, I do want you to build a big business that's even bigger than 100k. Because there's only so much we can like 100k goes real fast, I'm just gonna be real with you. It is a great stepping stone. But if, like if you break down the Profit First percentages, which we'll talk about on another episode, it goes really, really fast. Okay. So, in real life, my phone is getting low on battery. So we're gonna go through these real fast for that reason, okay. So I'm going fast, be ready to take some notes if you're listening while driving comeback, but I've got some juicy deeds for you. So number one is embrace the journey. So we're already showing up. So number one is embrace the journey. It's going to be messy, right? It's going to push and challenge you because it's an it's a new level of money, right? So the minute it gets tough, you need to already be prepared with what are you going to do? Right? When it gets tough. When someone says no to you, when it gets harder when it's taking longer? What are you going to do? We have also got to break up with perfection. Okay, perfection goes out the window. Right now I'm gonna roll down my window, right? I don't know if you can hear it, but I'm rolling down my window. And perfection has got to go. Okay. I am a recovering perfectionist. This was the hardest thing for me, be real, be you. Be honest with people. The biggest reason we feel like an imposter is because we're trying to pretend so stop pretending embrace the journey, right? let people in on the journey. People love a juicy journey. So let them in. If you're starting at $0 be real with people like, Hey, I'm starting with $0. But I'm gonna have a six figure business. And I know that I'm not gonna just have a six figure business, I'm gonna have a seven figure business because guess what, the more that you say it, the more you're going to believe it. Right? And then we can start to take people on the journey. No matter what you sell, it's important to share the journey as much as you want to right. And if you're not comfortable with that, just pick one small step to share the journey. Okay, and then keep doing it over and over and over. The more you show up. Number two. Oh lordy be I say it all the time, one offer at a time. I really do believe one offer can get you to six figures. Of course, I want you to be diversified. But with a less than six figure business, you're probably doing all the shit on your own. Okay. And so if we're trying to be all over the place, it is stressful, right? And then you say you don't have enough time? Well, no wonder we don't have time, enough time because we're trying to do all of the things. We're trying to be on all the platforms. So all of the things, do all the things I really do believe one offer can get you to six figures, okay, I've done it multiple, multiple, multiple times. Okay, so we do want to diversify. We just don't want to diversify all at once. Okay, so pick that one core offer, and let's light that shit on fire. Okay, number three is self care. Start it now start the habits. Now, this was one of the things that I have not done the best. And now I'm going back and rewiring all of my habits to do better at it. So don't be like me, okay, do better. And start the habits now block off the workout time and don't replace the workout time. If you've got to hire the personal trainer, do it. Okay. It's worth every freaking Penny. As you can outsource things that you do in your day to day life, do it. Okay. Do whatever it takes to take care of you mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, all of the things Okay. Number four is personal development, which is sugarcoating it and hiding the veggies and of mindset. No one likes to talk about mindset, which I don't get, because everyone that's making more money than me loves talking about mindset. So I think there's a trend there, right. But everyone that's making less money than me just as like a kind of like a divider, because there's tons of people making more. But I see a bigger trend over here that no one wants to talk about mindset work, I can tell you, if I'm hearing it from everyone that's making more money than me and you. There's something to be said about it. I also want to acknowledge that me in Hawaii last time, didn't know that mindset work was that important. And I wasn't calling it mindset work. But I called it personal growth. Okay, personal development. I started to get comfortable with that word mindset felt very triggering that something was wrong with me. So maybe that serves and supports you. So personal growth, personal development. Try that goes on, but they all mean the same thing. It's growing you because you cannot outgrow your business. So the more that you grow, the more your business will grow. Right? That, that girl, I'm gonna say girl, because I don't feel like I was a strong woman now knowing who I am now, but I think that was seven years ago, yeah, seven years ago, almost like seven and a half, we're going to be precise, seven years ago me that in Hawaii seven and a half year years ago, had very little confidence than I did today. I had to grow seven and a half fucking years to get to the point where I am now. And there was a lot of growth, a lot of stories that you'll hear revealed on the podcast, then, okay, so pick a book, pick a mentor, right? Get in one of our programs, we've got some juicy things coming for you. Okay, number five is fun, have some freaking fun every single day on social off of social, right? No one, not everyone has to see all of your fun, there's actually a lot of fun that you don't see that I do. And that and that's by design, right. And some of it is just like literally running around our house giggling chasing each other, right? Those pure moments are just so magical. Okay, so have a whole lot of fun, six figures worth of fun. And number six, which is your final one is the holy shitballs accountability makes you do some crazy, cool things and get you to the next level of money and beyond so much faster. Because there's forces outside of you, right? All of that energy, that you're almost like I want you to think of like you put your hands in the air and people like grab you and you like catapult up rather than trying to like, claw your way there. So enroll as much accountability just like self care, enroll layers, and layers and layers. I'm talking sales power hours, I'm talking, you wake up and you call somebody that you trust and that they're they're growing a six figure business, a mentor, which I would love to be your mentor. But you like read all the books, you're listening to podcast, you just become obsessed with accountability, right? In all different ways, right? Live calls, trainings, all of the things, it's all accountability, right? You have alarms on your phone, you're journaling, right? All of the things, okay, so we went through six really fast, I hope you could keep up because we've got a six figure business to build, I want to support you, I am here I am ready, we have resources, literally ready to go for you that I really love.
