"When you meet people there, in a nonjudgmental way, that says 'Hey, I wanna show you another way,' that can change peoples' lives. Because the kids in my school are comfortable coming to talk to me because they know that everything that I'm doing is out of love."
Sarah Gruettner is a mother and a school nurse for a K3-12th Grade school in the city of Milwaukee. In her story, she shares her earliest experiences with finding faith in her family, having a child with a medical complication, and doing life different in her workplace.
