Do you want to know how a high school guidance counselor became a peak performance coach? Meet Sara Vatore who has way too many credits to even list! Sara found herself pregnant her senior year of college, but was able to graduate and began her career as a preschool teacher. She worked her way through graduate school as a single mom of a little one. Sara received her Master’s Degree in Education and become a high school guidance counselor. She loved the work, but the stress and long hours, coupled with a little one at home, made her physically sick and mentally burned out. Sara searched for an answer to her health concerns and decided to go back to school for somatic experience training. This career change changed her life for the better, as she now coaches gymnasts, divers, figure skaters and other athletes to achieve peak performance. In addition, Sara works with performers, entrepreneurs, couples and others to overcome fears and blocks in their lives, by listening to their bodies and finding ways to relieve stress and pain. She owns her own practice, is an author of several books, and is the host of the Multidimensional Transmissions Podcast.
