Hello and welcome. We're live here at the home of the Kenilworth Football Club, corker Bars. We are in grand final week training session here. It's going to be a big tag on Kilburn. We are in grand final week training session here. It's going to be a big, you know, take on Kilburn. You know it's going to be, hopefully, similar weather as well. It's pretty awesome. So yeah, kilburn, this Saturday grand final, last game, and I can't believe we made it. Four grand finals appearance in five years. It's incredible. You know, players have come and gone, but a lot of them have stayed around, which is incredible. I think it's one of the best years and one of the greatest ones. We've brought out some new recruits, alex Scott, so I think it's going to be, you know, they're just warming up, getting ready to take on a good session and I just can't wait to appeal of all time. So I'm just quite quite cool, but it's pretty good. Hi, chris, how are you Give you a moment for your time?

Yeah, sure. So how are you feeling coming into the grand final?

Speaker 2:

Pretty excited, bj, I think last week we were all up and about the training session was good Going into the game against Atherston. The vibes were high and, yeah, I'm excited for this Saturday that's great.

Speaker 1:

So a big training session and you know, a big test against Kilbane, which we all know you know will hopefully bring something. Yeah, look very excited. And look, I think when we play our style of football, we can beat any team and I'm very excited to see how that plays out this weekend. So you know always, chris, thanks BJ.

I think the boys are really pumped for today and hopefully as many can get out onto the track for the final session. So you moved around a few clubs but Kenilworth. How much in your opinion, how much you feel Kenilworth is your home.

Loving it here After the clubs that I got, loving how welcoming and respectful everyone is, so I'm sticking around for the next few years. So I'm at a grand final mate. Another one, yeah, being on this side of it not versing you, so it's interesting.

on Kilburn. A little bit nervous, I think, against Kilburn, but this year I know we can do it this year.

Yeah, absolutely, it thrives. Thanks, mate, no worries. So one more guest, mate. Look, this person is a legend at this club. You heard him at the pre-game against Atherston. But another grand final. How much you've come back. You played your role. A nice little moment there. You did have a good moment.

Grand final week, mate. How's the vibes? Are you excited? How are you feeling, mate? Feeling mate, yeah, feeling really good, mate. Another grand final, another grand final, and against kilburn. I mean, there's so many other teams and I think this is current, I think the lads are really pumped. You know just fun. I said you'll slowly get back into it and you'll have your moments. And you did, but not kick a goal. But that's alright. But if you kick the goal, mate, on your return, mate, that'll be something special. So, mate, hopefully another one in the grand final. But I think everything after that should be all sweet yeah and it's good to have those nerds, but I think those nerds, I think your role for this team has been amazing. You have shown how much you can play for this team and you know I'm awesome to be be your teammate mate.
