Our At-Home Retros have been adapted from the popular and highly effective bi-weekly retrospectives used in the Agile methodology of software development. These Agile Retrospectives are key components for building high-functioning teams. Your hosts, Charlie Posnick & Kim Barone have been doing At-Home Retros consistently once each week for almost four years now. They will describe how this came to be, how simple it is and the benefits they get from it. They are admittedly not relationship experts, but feel this is too genius not to share!
