From Poland with love....A conversation with former Oneida County Undersheriff turned educator, Rob Swenszkowski

In this episode, we explore the status of policing in 2023 and how we address perceptions of police moving forward. We discuss what truly concerned him as a member of law enforcement and his views on civilian review boards. He tells what it is like to be in a role where you serve and protect those who have committed serious offences in an incarcerated setting. He explores his time at Rikers Island.
