Years in the making, Sherriff Maciol and former Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri and I share more laughs than should be allowed. Over the past 15 years, we have served together in a variety of ways and grown our friendship. Both of these public servants are amazing, love our area, and have gone to extraordinary lengths to change the world.
