This week brings a Super Full Moon --- and it's the perfect time to take a look at your life and see how far you've come.

In this week's podcast, I'll explain more about this and give you a really super simple exercise that you can do on the night before, or after the Full Moon to tap into the energies.

While the June Super Full Moon in Sagitarius happening, Saturn, the great teacher of the Zodiac is in retrograde. That combination makes it a great time to take a step back and reflect on what you've achieved and the lessons Saturn has taught you.
