I have received a number of requests asking for more of me, so here I am with a solo episode. Today, over a cup of Purrr, allow me to demystify the mystical.

I commence this episode by explaining what spirituality is not. It is not peace, love and mung beans. Spirituality is about power. Not force, but the power of embracing our whole selves.

Spirituality is about living our truth. Snatching our power back. Becoming the grandest version of the greatest vision we hold of ourselves.

The spiritual journey has nothing to do with being nice. It’s about being real, authentic, having boundaries and honouring your own space first.

When you are spiritual you live your life in flow. You are not motivated by fear, you are motivated by love.

I reveal that we are here as souls, having a human experience. And we are here on Earth to do three things. To push humanity forward, to evolve and to do it with joy. But we forget to do the last. Pleasure is our birthright.

Spirituality is making the decision to live your life deliberately and not by default. When you are in alignment with your truth, you start to experience synchronicities and synergies as your everyday norm.

In a world that reveres superficiality, the spiritual entrepreneur goes deep. The spiritual entrepreneur asks themselves questions such as: what do I need to feel the way to feel, who do I need in my orbit to help get me to where I want to go faster?

Spirituality is about the words you choose to speak, the thoughts you choose to think, the people you choose to hang around, the responses you choose to demonstrate, and the energy you choose to emit.

In this episode, I invite you to throw out your old ideas and paradigms of what spirituality is and come with me as we explore what spirituality is. Spirituality is a pre-eminent form to mastery, to achieve your boldest goals and awaken your infinite potential.
