The Power of Intentions, Nature’s Medicine and Being a Perpetual Student of Life
In this solo episode, I share why I believe the best medicine in the world is Nature’s medicine. My morning routine may not be for everyone, but it is an important discipline for me. Discipline comes from the word disciple - a perpetual student of life. I share why I wake at 4 am - when my melatonin levels are at their highest and the doors to quantum dimensions are the most open.
I share why I rise early in the morning when my levels are at their highest and the doors to the quantum dimension are the most open. I remain in alpha and theta brainwave states for prayer, meditation and visualisation.
Next, I practice dry brushing, finish with a cold shower and enjoy greens and a bulletproof coffee (with a cup of warming Purrr chai saved for the afternoon).
Greeting the sun is a key part of my morning routine. We are wirelessly connected to the sun and hardwired to the Earth. Sunrise has the most potent healing frequency and works with our mitochondria to promote optimal health, well-being and longevity.
My routine involves a significant portion of time grounding and being barefoot in nature. I believe that the best seven doctors are sunshine, water, rest, air, exercise, diet and joy for existence. We don’t go out into nature, we are nature. Immersion in nature neutralises harmful artificial electromagnetic forces and promotes healing.
What's your morning routine? What are your non-negotiables? While most people have their emotions fuel their behaviours, the masters in this glorious game of life have their behaviours fuel their emotions.
