The Olympic and Paralympic Games will take place in Paris across July, August and September 2024.
They will be the culmination of years of hard work and dedication on the part of athletes, coaches, administrators, marketers and many more.
The Road towards Paris 2024 is a Podcast series that we will be running right up to the games, talking to those who will be there, checking in on the activity that pulls such a massive event together and giving you our Sport for Business listeners a different perspective on the greatest sporting show on earth.

Today we are joined by Gavin Noble, the Chef de Mission for Team Ireland to look ahead to the most imminent step on the Road to Paris, via the European Games in Paris.
Gavin is an Olympian himself having competed in the London 2012 Games in Triathlon, now he will be the go-to guy for every aspect of Team Ireland’s preparation and performance, though he admits to not having all the answers.
Then in the second part, we are joined on Sport for Business for the first time by European and World Champion and Sport Ireland Irish Times Sportswoman of the Year in 2022 Amy Broadhurst. She's a great character and we talk about winning and losing, family, her ten-year-old self, and how her Ladies Football career with Louth came to a premature end.
