The key to becoming elite at any skill is deliberate practice. According to "Outliers: The Story of Success" it takes at least 10,000 hours to master a skill. That equates to 2.6 years of training. If you are attempting new skills, learning a new job or even taking up a new hobby- know that there are levels of progression for any development and it takes time plus some secret ingredients to succeed.
