RECLAIM THE PRESENT
Has anyone ever told you to “just be”—as in, just be yourself?
If that pissed you off, scared you, or confused the hell out of you…
Yeah, me too.
If that’s ever been your experience, there’s something here for you—truth, connection, maybe even a path back to yourself.
Welcome to the Reclaim The Present Podcast.
The last few years brought some of the hardest challenges of my life, and I’m not holding anything back.
I’m sharing everything that helped me—every lesson, every resource, and the people who guided me back to the present.
If this helps even one person—or one family—feel better, heal, or just find the strength to make it through another day…
Or better yet—
to stop surviving… and start living again…
That means everything to me.
You’ll hear my voice here—coming from a place of truth, love, connection, and the deep belief that you are not alone.
If you’re trying to heal so your kids don’t have to—you’re my people.
You’re not alone here.
