This weeks podcast probably isn't so humorous, but that's life isn't it, sometimes we have good weeks and sometimes we have bad weeks.  One thing that I have learned is not to tolerate the people in your life, who say they want to be involved in your life, try and get your attention then use silence as a form of emotional abuse, to make you doubt yourself.

People who start criticising things you are doing, making people close to you see you in a different light just because they are jealous that you are getting more of that persons attention.  They make you feel like you have done something wrong, when actually its them, you are the person who is going out and doing it.  This type of behaviour causes anxiety in people, the person experiencing it will worry about what they have done to upset you, it is a manipulative form of behaviour and should be recognised as such. If your partner is an anxious person, a sign will be that they keep asking you if you are ok, when they are actually projecting their feelings onto you which is a sign of anxiety.  Look out for people taking advantage of them and treating them in this way and don't be afraid to call out the behaviour and make a thing of it.  It's not acceptable to be treated in this way and if you want someone's friendship or support this is not a genuine behaviour, a genuine person will say something to your face, not to someone else behind your back.
