Public schools force a needed reset for Nevada high school football

The Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association said Wednesday that a request from Clark County School District football programs in Classes 5A and 4A to move to independent status for the next two seasons has been granted. The programs will exclusively play one another and step away from scheduling private schools like Gorman and charter schools.
