Donna Costa, BSW, MSW, is the Director of Education and Outreach for NAMI San Antonio and the Cohort Development Coordinator for NAMI-Bridges to Care San Antonio program. In these roles, she

connects faith communities and organizations with mental health training that support them

with creating mental health initiatives within their communities. The goal of NAMI-BTCSA is to

assist others by providing pre-crisis prevention training and assisting with identifying community

resources to promote mental health and wellness.

 

Greta Johnson, B.S. Psychology, M.S. Psychology, is the Senior Family Case Manager for Haven For Hope. In this role, she is responsible for the coordination of service delivery, data management, and coordinating staff training for Case Management Team Members assigned to Haven to Home Teams. The Senior Case Manager provides technical assistance support and monitors caseloads for the accuracy of

program rules and identifies areas from process improvement to support the program. This

position requires advanced skills and knowledge related to individuals who are experiencing

chronic homelessness, mental and physical health challenges, substance abuse, criminal

justice, and other traumas.
