Seasonal Blues || It Exist

Seasonal blues are evident. Most of us at some point will suffer from seasonal blues. The depression that seems to grip us and it seems like no matter what we do it doesn't seem to loose it's hold. I think it has become somewhat normal at this point, but there are some things we can do to combat them..
