We are joined by Cyndi Grobmeier, a truly amazing leader we have had the pleasure of working with during our Elevating Women conference that we hosted this past fall.
Cyndi is a Professor of Communication at Saint Xavier University here in Chicago, in which she focuses on Public Speaking and Strategic Communication. with courses in social media, persuasion, and organizational communication.
In addition to her teaching, Cyndi serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Maddog Strong Foundation. Founded with her husband, Frank, and daughter, Sam to honor the decision of their youngest daughter Maddie to be an organ and tissue donor, Maddog Strong focuses their efforts on educating teens and young adults on the importance of making an informed decision to register to be a donor and save lives. Cyndi also serves on the Board of Directors for the Donor Family Care Network—the voice of America’s Donor Families.
