Jeremiah thirty three, fourteen to sixteen says, Behold, days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will fulfill the good word which I have spoken concerning the house of Israel and the house of Judah. In those days and at that time I will cause a righteous branch of David to spring forth, and he shall execute justice and righteousness on the earth. In those days Judah will be saved, and Jerusalem will dwell in safety, and this is the name by which she will be called. The Lord is our righteousness. May the Lord bless you richly with the hope and assurance that his word never fails. Be blessed with the same anticipation that the people of Israel felt as they awaited the fulfillment of God's promise. The righteous branch has sprung forth, and his name is Jesus, the one who executes justice and righteousness. May you experience the deep peace and security that comes from knowing that the same God who fulfilled his promises to Israel is faithful to fulfill his promises to you. As you celebrate the birth of our Savior, may you be reminded that he is the one who brings righteousness into your life. He is the Lord, our righteousness, and through him you are made right with God. May the days ahead be filled with the light of Christ, guiding you in every decision and relationship. May His righteousness shine through you, bringing hope to the hopeless, justice to the oppressed, and peace to the troubled. This Christmas may you be reminded that God's timing is perfect and his promises are sure. Just as he brought forth the righteous branch at the appointed time, he will bring to pass every good word he has spoken over your life. Let your heart be filled with hope, for the Lord is not slow in keeping his promises. In the name of Jesus, the righteous branch, the Savior of the world, may you be richly blessed now and forevermore. May His promises sustain you, His presence comfort you, and His love surround you as you celebrate His birth and look forward to the glorious day when He will return to make all things new.
