ladies and gentlemen welcome to September 23rd 2022 I'm Charles Fuchs
0:27
and I'm Dominic Leon and this is the one and only rock your brain podcast season
0:34
two season two episode one we haven't we haven't posted for for a
0:40
month and we have been making some changes as you can see as you can see we've
0:47
we've changed seats we have a little bit of a of a of a new background here
0:53
that's the uh you can you can see it on on the other camera you'll be added and you'll see in a few minutes one thing to
1:00
the background well we've also switched switched seats we for for for this season perhaps we'll change in fact this
1:07
episode we have an audience well I don't I don't know if if the camera will be able to pick it up but no but I have my two dogs in in the room
1:16
and uh so they they might they might make some sounds but that's okay there right now they're serving as emotional support animals they are emotional
1:22
support animals uh you know I was I was I was debating whether or not whether or not I was I was going to talk about this
1:27
but I think it's on brand to be to be hyper real on on rack your
1:39
brainpodcasting your hair blue if you keep using these big words I um I mean last season we talked a lot
1:45
about trans and wokeness and and um I know you told me for the rest of this
1:52
chunky glasses there was a part there was one point in season one where you told me I couldn't say AOC anymore on
1:57
the show but that only that rule only applied through the end of season one so brand new season brand new rules
2:04
coming out of the get hot uh I I can say I can say things like AOC again in any case
2:09
uh yeah so yes hyper real and uh and a second I can't close that door what a lot of
2:17
echo I can hear it more more than yeah more more than normal okay I mean if you if you think that's why but then yeah
2:23
they'll I think so he's gonna start clawing it at the door he's in here I'm not even gonna edit this part out that's
2:30
that's do that how's that that's how that's how hyper real season two is gonna be for real
2:37
that's gonna that's fine I mean that's gonna be an annoying sound during during
2:42
uh what I just did yeah with this that's all right that's okay that's okay anyway
2:49
oh my God this chair sucks it's the same chair no that's he's just
2:54
a chair he's just upset because we we switch sides I don't like change he's not he's old and conservative so like
3:01
that's how you know I don't think we've we've had this uh
3:06
this this flavor of iced tea no no I'm on camera this is called a meineken right again
3:13
okay shout out to schmeinekens and schmeras can we shout out to schmera's less this
3:19
season no you know absolute matter of fact we should shout
3:26
him out more because he [ __ ] up one of the last episodes so this season every season we're gonna
3:32
shout him out that's right part of the reason we didn't no he's he's gonna get less mentions during the season but this
3:38
is the last time for a while but the reason the reason we haven't posted for a while is twofold this is a personal is a personal thing
3:45
that I'm going through which which I will I will disclose in the name of hyper realism um
3:50
yes [Music]
3:59
it's gonna say rack your brain and it's gonna say for realism the hyper realist
4:04
or something like that and you know what a chip it should be like the way our logo looks on our shirts now yeah and
4:10
underneath it it's like you know when you put the letters there and then you spray paint around the letters and you take the letters off and it just leaves
4:16
the outline of the letters no like in military stuff you put the letter there but you spray paint over that cardboard
4:22
cut out of the letter and then you take that cardboard out and it just leaves the oh it's not an outline it's the it's
4:27
just a like the shadow of the letters but you can it's you know I don't know we'll figure it out anyway but the
4:35
reason we we haven't we haven't recorded was because we are actually going to record uh three weeks ago or three and a
4:41
half weeks ago and uh and Anders showed up and he started like just
4:46
being ridiculous and then and then we didn't get he was recording that just
4:51
became unwilling to be a guest not just on willing he was he was uninvited we were we've been asking him to come on
4:57
finally he agreed then he he he distracted us and and forced us to not record that he pretty much just kept
5:03
talking about everything that he was supposed to be talking about on the podcast killed the mood he killed the
5:08
mood and we kept telling him save it for the podcast and he would not shut up he didn't and then he then he upset Dominic
5:14
and you know how difficult it is to upset Dominic yeah he upset me yes very
5:20
difficult because he upset the balance and the Rhythm that we had
5:26
and you know how we do it here on right your brain we like that's right you know you know uh you know our slogan fair and
5:32
balanced no I'm sorry that's probably like a copyright suit his his thing is
5:37
is as long as you're passable that that's his slogan as long as you're passable just be passable yes passable
5:42
that's it well um shall we shall we share this shall we
5:48
share the uh the the the the tragedy that that has befallen me uh we're I
5:54
mean we're not gonna get into into
6:01
it's personal and it is and and it's extremely painful and and and and traumatic and I'm I'm healing from it
6:08
and I'll share I'll share pretty much every day except a couple days else every he has I have I have been I and
6:15
and you'll you'll see you'll hear why in a moment but um I've been I've been I've been in in kind of a dark place and
6:21
haven't been able to sleep and eat and and have been able to focus um and uh I I haven't even been able to to
6:29
go to the bathroom by myself so he has held my dick every step of the way for the last three weeks but only two shakes
6:35
that's right any more than that and you're playing it's exactly
6:40
okay so the news um my wife left me three weeks ago after uh seven years of marriage and
6:46
eight years together and and that's why I've been in in the dark place and uh
6:51
I've been I've been doing the right things I actually in my uh in my Army reserve unit I stood up and and told the
6:57
story during a suicide awareness class and and I I mean that was partially to help myself to to get the story out
7:03
people listening and also to to to set an example of doing the right thing and so I've started counseling
7:09
grief counseling and I joined a suicide not suicide um separation and and divorce I would you
7:17
know the the reality is I would never consider suicide because uh frankly you you are adoring fans are rabid and rabid
7:25
fans would uh would miss me too much I feel like the the I mean I would frankly my death would change the course of of
7:31
the world of the history of the world um and uh and too many people would miss me
7:38
so so I never I would never contemplate suicide but I haven't been I have been in a dark place I've I've been I've been
7:43
crying first I mean suicide hurts the people that are left around no it's like
7:48
it's painful like you know like what if you miss or what if you [ __ ] it up it's like then you gotta deal with that [ __ ]
7:54
I got too many things to do I know one of the topics because we're gonna do it we're gonna talk about euthanasia and um
7:59
and and doctor assisted suicide that's gonna be one of the topics for tonight I've I've declared it talk about a
8:05
[ __ ] Purge is what we should talk about we could talk about purchase we can talk about because I promise you if this if this if this planet was just
8:12
cleansed of the [ __ ] [ __ ] Momo Mafia idiots that inhabited I promise you CO2
8:19
levels would go down inflation would stop credit p credit scores would go up
8:25
why would why would CO2 go down people people cannot freezer people can't
8:30
affect the climate I mean you know that oh no well you know hey the climate changes a hoax however mouth Breeze it
8:35
mouth breathers said the man you know around me bother me we can't even get
8:41
through my personal story Without You derailing us we can't even welcome to season two no
8:48
let me finish my personal story we can move on okay so where was I do you you've thrown
8:55
me off so I've been in a dark place I've been crying multiple times a day and it truly has has been sad um but uh but Dominic helping me urinate
9:02
has has certainly helped um so anyway I joined a suicide
9:08
I joined a a it's not it's not a fruiting stuff a a divorced and separated because it separated suicide
9:14
both start with us um I I joined a support group and I've been I've been going out I've been playing tennis playing tennis I've been
9:20
working out more you can you can see a little bit in all the things to do he picked [ __ ] tennis oh oh like you you
9:26
just wait one of these episodes I'm gonna be wearing all white polo all white short shorts tennis shoes with a
9:33
sweater because it's holding a head brand tennis racket um
9:40
and I love head of course you do anyway you can see you can see in in my in my uh in my abs a
9:47
little bit you could even see it or what in my abs you heard me as opposed to to the uh okay come here come here you want
9:54
to be you want to be on episode season two episode one you you get to join us this is my dog this is one of my one of
10:01
my favorite creatures in the world Abel anyway he's giving me kisses so uh so
10:07
yes I've been in this dark place and and eventually I will heal and I will be uh
10:13
in in a you know in a state of mind where where I'll probably be able to date again
10:19
um and on that note dear all passable [ __ ] I'm looking for a date for uh
10:26
for Thanksgiving to bring you to my family uh and uh and there might be a special
10:32
activity criteria is you must be passable I mean yes because I I'm I am I
10:38
and at least you have to sound like a woman I am not dude's voice I am 99 uh
10:43
uh heterosexual right and and I because I mean yeah identify as as bisexual now my thing is I think most of the pop
10:50
human population even if they're somewhere on the Spectrum that's right so anyway um so even the most
10:56
conservative guys jerking off stick a finger on their butt every now and again even even the even the gays uh
11:03
occasionally dabble actually I was um I knew a lesbian once that um she told me
11:09
like occasionally she would just [ __ ] a dude like she she swore she was a hundred percent she used to keep lesbian
11:14
she swore she was only interested in women and I and I believe that but like unfortunately she just wanted it's just
11:20
to keep her Plumbing all nice and you know Tip-Top Magoo anyway if you were if you were a passable uh trans trans uh
11:28
male to female specific typically I have to specify because I am I am a big fan of of the of the female form
11:36
um and uh who knows maybe uh maybe you'll get lucky that that night so oh
11:41
wait does she have to be Jewish you do not have to be Jewish
11:46
uh so lucky you so I will I will I think I'd like a Latina
11:51
a Latina trans
11:57
a Puerto Rico those are in New York right they have there's a sub sort of
12:03
the new eurekan population is new origin trans right ah
12:10
anyway um so that that is my that is my my personal news um I I will I will absolutely as as
12:18
sympathy and pity we will accept patreon venmo um cash app and uh PayPal and PayPal yes
12:25
we I will accept that as as sympathy I will even uh I still have my my PO Box in South Carolina so you can uh you can
12:31
send me a check as as condolences uh yeah so I think send it too send it
12:38
what so not the address oh it's on the uh yeah it's posted links links and bio like share subscribe comment uh buyer
12:46
merge sponsor us and and all of the all of the users that's right it's about 10 minutes maybe
12:54
15 minutes into into season two and we're we're already saying the things so not Everything Has Changed okay
13:02
things you know continuity is important it is important and neither of us is wearing the record brand shirt that's it's okay we've sold them all you're
13:09
still wearing them foreign
13:14
so he does laundry absolutely he does laundry oh yeah so that is um I feel
13:20
like my oh [ __ ] my arm got a little a little bit why are you gonna be doing your left arm
13:25
because you worked the mouse with your right hand you're always [ __ ] you're working that would be my forearm I
13:31
didn't say my forearm is bigger even though that looks a little a little nice too I feel like anyway [Laughter]
13:38
um yeah anyway uh okay so let's let's talk about let's move on let's talk about uh some some uh some some assisted
13:45
suicide uh right there [ __ ] Dr Kevorkian euthanasia a four or against
13:51
of humans four same so well hold on
13:57
when it's with itself like if it's like Union that yeah yeah like if you like
14:03
you're conscious you're you're you're you have the ability to consent and you do and you do it so
14:09
in in some parts of the world I think in Europe some countries allow it but like you have to do it yourself like you have
14:16
to be in a well Dr Kevorkian never killed anybody no he provided like a machine and he told them how to do it I
14:22
don't even know if it was a machine or was it it was like a machine that it had like a potassium thing and he prepared it but he specifically said and he
14:29
recorded all yeah and he and he was on record saying this is how you have to do this I'm not going to do it for you I
14:36
can't do it for you you have to do it because otherwise then it's it's you know Murder
14:42
well I mean he was eventually convicted and yes that it's murder either way but but yes so let me ask a question here no
14:49
we're talking about suicide take Doctor Kevorkian and all this [ __ ] out if if suicide is is illegal or it's
14:56
wrong if you shoot yourself in the head who the [ __ ] are they Prosecuting nobody right so just because the guy is in the
15:02
room where he at least so let's say I'm not hooking you up to a machine or anything and I tell you hey you know if
15:08
you shoot yourself in the head you can you know you're gonna end your life you can end your life right is that something and no but am I [ __ ] am I
15:14
like gonna be arrested because I said something actually clearly obviously do
15:20
you remember talking about this with uh with with schmeris once at his house no so or something similar so uh there was
15:27
a within the last year year maybe two years there was a a uh a woman I think
15:33
in her in her maybe teens early 20s anyway she was or maybe she was a high schooler I don't remember the age but
15:39
long story short she was dating a guy and she was convicted of manslaughter or
15:44
something convicted of some crime related to murder for for because the court proved that she was encouraging
15:50
him either by text or email or there was like there was evidence she was encouraging her boyfriend to commit
15:56
suicide and because of all this encouragement she was she was convicted of
16:02
essentially I don't know facilitating it or something right so like to answer your questions actually
16:08
could be yes if if you keep telling someone like you know you're not going to live through a gunshot to the Head
16:14
eventually if if there's evidence of that possibly you might be at least charged
16:20
with if not if not convicted of of but that's the most ridiculous [ __ ] thing ever
16:27
I can see it because I don't give a [ __ ] so this girl she what she did was horrendous what she did was like you
16:33
can't [ __ ] say I mean you could say whatever you want to people but why would you want to encourage somebody to commit suicide however
16:40
in the end of all this she didn't pull the trigger he made the ultimate decision he was probably pressured would
16:45
you stop flexing I'm sorry oh my God go to the other go go take yourself to the
16:51
room go be alone with myself okay go go ahead and there's a mirror in the bathroom you know it's just right over
16:56
there doesn't look as good as the camera oh Mike I know the lighting here is pretty good it's really good you know she didn't pull the trigger the
17:03
guy did and or however I don't know if you shot himself but somehow but that's
17:08
just the same thing like oh I don't know I just equate that as saying like oh Grand Theft Auto made me steal cars
17:14
nobody major steal cars you did this on your own so okay so the the topic in theory is suicide but let's let's let's
17:20
you know since you like to derail us let's let's talk about that well I'm not derailing I'm just saying it's it's
17:26
attention it's attention but so so it's it's a tangent um so the concept of
17:33
how far back from an event or or in the chain of activities that leads up to to
17:40
an event right how far back can you go here's another example some some
17:47
uh elected officials okay uh more times than not if not exclusively affiliated
17:53
with uh with with one party or the other the memocrats
17:59
have actually proposed either either either criminalizing or
18:05
you know sort of creating uh criminal charges against or or at the very least monetary fines toward gun manufacturers
18:13
whose guns end up killing killing people that's [ __ ] ridiculous so how's that
18:19
how far back from it you know okay so if you're good if you're gonna what senses that make though okay but how far back
18:25
do you go uh so think about it let's just be ridiculous okay so the gun manufacturer let's say they they get
18:30
back to we go for fines for people who've committed suicide via gunshot is that what you talking about
18:36
well the question that I ask is is to those people that want to go back to the gun manufacturers right
18:42
why would you stop there right so if you're going to find the gun manufacturers why not gun uh gun why not
18:48
find the um the suppliers of the various components that go into the gun because the gun manufacturers they
18:55
don't they don't and I don't know exactly right but but some of the components that go into into
19:02
Firearms aren't actually made even even formed into the component that sometimes they're just assembled right
19:09
m16a2s I don't think they're any longer but m16a2s are made or used to be made at least
19:16
when I joined the army no the components of the m16a2 was made by Springfield but
19:23
the components was they were made by a sub-company owned by Mattel which is a toy company
19:29
for those who don't know right so the joke the the inside joke from all of us in the Army was like we're shooting a
19:35
[ __ ] we're shooting Barbie's handgun you know we're shooting Barbie's head because the components of it m1680 were
19:41
made by a sub company same company who makes Barbie you ever hear a drill sergeant say um oh no I'm confused I shouldn't say if
19:48
you don't do what I'm telling you to do one of you dumbasses to do that yes you've shared that story but you ever
19:55
hear drill sergeant say oh you want to play games I got more games than Milton Bradley no but I've heard you say that
20:01
before because I've I heard that it's something I used to hear in basic because you have those new pole drill sergeants I got actually drill sergeants
20:08
that would [ __ ] pretty sure what at least one of my original sergeants was a ranger yeah he was opposed to
20:15
anyway actually and I think and I'm almost um like 99 sure one of my drill
20:22
sergeants was like a professional like like a famous MMA fighter what was his name I don't remember and
20:28
he um Tim Kennedy I don't remember Brian Brian said was Maria no he was a he was a Hispanic so I'm missing anyway but
20:35
like um one time one time uh either right before or maybe during the combatives class he actually was showing us some of his videos of him fighting
20:42
he's like oh yeah he's like that's that's this he's a [ __ ] pole dead guy oh god oh by the
20:50
way guys look look at this fight now tell me that I lost his five decision but right that's not it that's not a
20:56
Hispanic accent good what accent is that I don't know I can't do it I don't do accidents you could do it I mean I had
21:02
to [ __ ] know how to do a Spanish do mauricia talking about doing a fight so I was in this fight right so I'm in the
21:09
fight and look at this [ __ ] like I'm schooling him and taking him to the hall and [ __ ] hey and he's on top of me yeah
21:15
he's not he's like put in my face but I'm like I don't give a [ __ ] like I'm trying to school this [ __ ] and
21:21
you know I'm subconscious about my feet I'm self-conscious up on my feet but I had to use my feet to separate us and
21:27
anyway listen I was messing him up the whole fight but the judges he did the Kimura
21:34
even the judges saw that I was beating his ass and again I said listen I wanted
21:39
to use my feet but I'm self-conscious about my feet so I couldn't kick him when I wanted to but I could have he was
21:45
this Howdy Doody who's this howdy dude how do you do it looking [ __ ] but listen I wanted to go to Westchester
21:51
after the fight I didn't care I just wanted it to be over with and let me just get to Westchester and that was
21:57
that a toast to mauricia and her platinos juicy plants
22:07
[ __ ] mauricia wow I think actually surprised it took us this long to mention Mauricio on the show
22:15
mauricia you are not passable I I uh no Maurice you do not get an invitation
22:20
tonight you know what Mauricio you were invited to my Thanksgiving I don't passable or not
22:27
oh I would take videos of that [ __ ] and that would go on on on our social media
22:32
wouldn't go into an episode official episode but it would go on our social media for sure and that's it
22:39
podcast sponsored by mauricia that's it
22:44
wreck your brain that's it that would be great that'd be
22:49
amazing and in the back of the shirt it says don't look at my feet yeah that's right that's right
22:56
oh [ __ ] okay uh anyway back to back to Suicide okay so because because what
23:02
made me think of it of this topic was you saying that would be painful there are there are two ways [ __ ] to do
23:09
I don't have time for suicide I got [ __ ] to do that's true they're that's explaining they're two uh they've got
23:15
time to plan you got time to plan then you've got time to post on Tick Tock God damn right you got time to commit
23:21
suicide well [ __ ] if you got time for that then why don't you guys have time to do all the other [ __ ] you were
23:27
supposed to do yeah if uh if I have not made it clear I am I am I'm saying it
23:33
right now that I carry the bulk of the weight of 350 pounds of the of of record
23:39
well I guess with me it's 450 pounds together oh
23:44
five five fifty five fifty you get 550. um get combined weight of of rack your
23:50
brain but uh you know not only am I half half the talent although not by weight
23:56
um but I'm also I'm also the the producer I'm the editor I'm marketing uh
24:01
social media uh uh engagement and optimization I'm I'm all of it okay he's also a part-time ASMR actor smacking his
24:09
lips in the mic don't don't tempt me I don't wanna you know
24:14
I got what you said just wait five seconds of ASMR oh
24:22
that's all you get what'd you say I didn't say anything I just kind of mumbled you didn't say anything I mean I guess
24:28
you'll have to watch episode episode one season two find out what I said approximately
24:34
halfway through if uh you know if you're interested anyway okay so there's there's two methods at
24:40
least two methods that that I know of one one is is would be would be if you don't
24:48
like uh Heights and acceleration one might be unpleasant before you die although you wouldn't you wouldn't know
24:54
it for too much too long and then the other one should be complete completely paintless and anxiety
25:03
so here's here's method method number one it'll it'll never be done it's but it's it's a fun fun thought
25:10
experience uh experiment and so and I I'm actually surprised if if you've
25:15
never heard of it because they've definitely been Tick Tock videos but I've seen YouTube videos on this anyway this guy
25:21
interviews on chicken what I don't know no the [ __ ] weird Tick Tock thing uh
25:27
I've not looked at that we can we can look that up live live live on on the
25:33
episode but no yeah so this guy and I don't know if he's a physicist or a doctor or what but he he he using using
25:39
a computer model he designed a roller coaster that it starts from from from you know
25:47
as most roller coasters do from a tall height and what it is it's a series of Imagine a funnel okay with the top of it
25:55
being the widest part and going all the way into the narrowest point and it's just like 20 loops and each one gets
26:02
Tighter and Tighter and Tighter so every Loop increases the g-force and at
26:07
a certain point of G-Force all the all the pass out you while you pass out because because of all all the blood
26:13
rushes away from your brain and no blood on the brain no oxygen in the brain and you eventually die from that
26:19
uh and so so it'll it'll it's basically a roller coaster that's what they call
26:24
it but you had no but you have to be you have to be lack of oxygen to the
26:30
brain for outside look up these videos it's it's it though
26:35
due to the length of the coaster and the and the amount of G-Force and the length
26:40
of time that you go through that G-Force it you you will be dead you will be dead at the end of this now and I've seen
26:48
some other like modifications of it one of the modifications I saw was
26:53
you go through the loops then it then it kind of turns on itself
26:59
and you're then upside down for like three minutes going underwater
27:06
and then it and then it takes your your body back up so as a bit pressure change too well the pressure change plus if if
27:13
the if you're not dead by the time you hit the water you'll certainly be unconscious and then another three
27:19
minutes of lack of oxygen under the water you're oh yeah for sure for sure but at least
27:25
you'll be unconscious but you can skip all that G4 [ __ ] just [ __ ] go right in the water I mean that's true too but then you'll
27:31
be conscious and you'll drown and that's not pleasant listen you want to [ __ ] 86 yourself and you know but what would
27:37
be the pain is because that's what you said right you're like it's selfish to do that because if you're gonna 86
27:44
yourself you got to think of the consequences you got to think of the pain of the people you leave behind so
27:49
the least you can do as a responsible person is [ __ ] endure some pain yourself we are first so we are not
27:55
encouraging encouraging it but don't be a [ __ ] [ __ ] be like I don't want it to hurt but everybody else is going to
28:01
hurt so [ __ ] you you know clearly clearly switching seats has not where
28:07
are you going I'm gonna go get another Shrine again no thank you I oh I'm going out in about
28:14
uh in about 40 minutes okay so I'll I'll keep talking we we are
28:21
definitely not encouraging uh uh suicide here in Rocky Brown podcast in fact we are we would actively encourage uh
28:27
encourage you if if you are having dark thoughts to the point where you were considering and ending ending your life that you seek out help there's there's
28:34
all kinds of resources out there there's free free National suicide hotlines and unfortunately I don't have it yet that I
28:41
can tell you at the moment but um but I'll I'll if I remember I'll post the links
28:46
but there's tons of free resources and and I mean just please reach out to
28:52
friends family reach out to to anybody I mean [ __ ] email email or or uh or or
28:58
text us or ping us on any of our social media I will I will respond if if you're having uh you know if you're having
29:04
those thoughts and I'll I'll I'll try to help you as best I can but that being said clearly switching seats or
29:10
switching sides has not has not changed Dominic's temperament um so so yeah there's that that's the
29:18
death coaster please but I mean if you if you're curious check out those those Tick Tock and YouTube videos
29:24
but now that I I heard you saying something I want to add to it I want to add of course
29:30
we don't we're not we're not condoning nor we are we talking about like we're in favor of
29:36
like we're we're completely against suicide and me being a veteran and him being a member of the military you know
29:42
veterans go like we we have to deal with huh we're both veterans yeah but I'm gonna say you're still kind of in
29:47
because you're you know on the reserve but veteran suicide is a big thing that
29:53
you know all veterans we deal with as a community and 22 veterans a day commit
29:58
suicide statistically give or take one or two um so it's we don't take it lightly you
30:05
know I know we're talking we sound like we're joking around but it's not something we take lightly I think we're just we're just talking
30:11
you know about this in a humorous way but suicide's not something we take lightly that's all I wanted to say so
30:18
we're not encouraging it or condoning it by any means okay that that being said
30:24
there's something I can say about the death coaster anyway I don't remember so that's the that's the death coaster that's that's not
30:30
gonna be good it's like 92 cacao yeah that's a piece of chocolate that was 92
30:37
cacao or 92 dark chocolate [ __ ] bitter as hell yeah because it's dark chocolate because they opened it and I
30:44
don't want to waste it come here little one here you're you're touching the mic and it's it's making sounds probably okay so I
30:52
wouldn't be surprised if we pitter-pattered the entire okay okay so that's that's that's method number one
30:57
that supposedly is going to be painless now if you don't if you don't like roller coasters if you don't like roller
31:04
coasters clearly that's not the method for you that would not be the method for me I'd be I'd have anxiety out of the roof until I passed out now
31:11
and and by the way uh sort of along those lines along the idea of anxiety
31:18
um I and I I can't imagine a death coaster ever being built anywhere could
31:23
you imagine that a Carowinds death coaster coming this fall oh my God anyway you know
31:30
they would introduce during SCarowinds you know did you hear about what
31:36
happened in SCarowinds we're not we're not we're not I'm not letting you derail limited new season so finish that I'll
31:42
talk about scare ones anyway finish your thoughts so regardless of the method I will
31:48
regardless of the method I think that and and this goes for for
31:54
um uh for for capital punishment as well I think there needs to be a a
31:59
combination of anti-anxiety and anti-pain meds given during any any form
32:06
of capital punishment if if it's if it's uh because we're not a barbaric Society
32:12
like but literally literally methods of capital punishment have been outlawed because they're they're I mean it's in
32:18
the Constitution what's the term um no there's no there's a term in the Constitution like um
32:24
oh my God uh cruel and unusual cruel and unusual punishments
32:30
part of the Bill of Rights so let me ask you know that right all right but let me ask you a question
32:35
a guy rapes a one-year-old baby baby dies sure guy
32:42
gets arrested yep found guilty okay goes to prison yep is gonna get the death penalt right yeah
32:50
because it's against the Constitution it's the answer to your whatever so he has to be killed but in the most in a
32:56
way in a way that is not cruel and unusual yeah I mean man I mean you either love this country in the
33:01
Constitution or not he deserves to be [ __ ] paraded down the jail cell with the hardcore worst [ __ ] you
33:08
don't believe in following the Constitution I do but for something is is that you pick and choose which parts
33:14
of the Constitution you want to follow no okay and then we have our answer right I mean the Constitution is the
33:20
Constitution if if you're going to be strict interpretation and conservative and like hey oh wait a minute I remember I changed my political affiliate I
33:27
should conservatively still conservative right now yeah okay so yes I think I
33:33
think during all whether or not you have the lecture chair some states still have firing squad right regardless
33:39
in some states do the uh you know the three the Greenback hanging you know hanging so some some states do the um I
33:46
kind of think of the lethal injection still you should have an anti-anxiety and a pain medication first and that way
33:51
you'll be like high as a [ __ ] cut or even gas chamber right like you ever see anybody in the gas chamber that's [ __ ] like that's brutal as [ __ ] and
33:59
the only thing that they get is the [ __ ] gas they should they should get some morphine and some [ __ ] Valium like 30 minutes before and they'll be
34:05
like oh and then and then they're dead yeah a regular one okay so here's the second painless method and this one
34:12
would be even even well my understanding is that it would be faster and actually
34:17
uh um not not more painless but like less
34:23
unpleasant than than the death coaster and the method is to use to use 100
34:28
nitrogen gas and and I've seen several designs for this um one is one is like a a this like
34:37
uh this like tube this like personal length and you know like a coffin
34:43
actually like a see-through coffin almost size where you go inside it would close and there's there's there's I'm
34:49
not encouraging this by any means but the plans are actually available on online I don't even why do you know that
34:56
I've read I've seen articles and [ __ ] anyway so I don't think we should keep talking about this is can I just think
35:02
it did a weird topic but I'm just gonna finish so um it's like a see-through coffin uh
35:09
apparently you could you can buy all the pipe and this is a dark shirt but you can you parts are available openly and
35:14
you can buy like nitrogen gas online it's not even like uh controlled substance anyway uh and there's a button
35:20
inside and you you see when you press the button and then the person is breathing at 100 nitrogen and here's why
35:25
it's here's why it's painless but here's why it causes death because it takes off the oxygen you're you need it right into
35:31
nitrogen pretty much shrinks the oxygen cells cells in your in your butt not even that like it was kind of makes them
35:37
disappear it's it's not even that like basically I mean it sounds redundant but
35:43
we need oxygen to live and in absence of oxygen you die that's and that's what ultimately kills you it's the absence of
35:48
oxygen um but here's why it's here's why it's
35:54
painless and why it's quick so
36:00
um there's there's mechanism mechanisms in the body like feedback loops that sense
36:06
oxygen in the blood and then since carbon dioxide uh since scrum dioxide
36:11
in particular when the when the when the level of carbon dioxide in these fluency
36:17
when the level of carbon dioxide in the blood goes up it actually causes panic and anxiety and physical discomfort
36:25
because the body holding your breath underwater you start to panic you start to panic the body doesn't sense nitrogen at all
36:31
even though the air we breathe is approximately 80 nitrogen body doesn't sense it at all so like um you know in a
36:38
moment you go from from conscious to unconscious and then ultimately that like it's it's super quick now
36:44
personally I I support capital punishment it's it's
36:50
generally as a concept it's fine but all of the current methods are [ __ ] brutal as [ __ ] especially when the when
36:57
the alternative is a painless method like nitrogen I don't believe that um lethal injection is brutal at all oh
37:03
it's because one the way it works lethal injection is that you're gonna die anyway and they swab your injection site
37:10
yep and it's got three chambers correct three loads one of the one of the three
37:15
drugs the first one it kind of numbs your your body the second drug puts you
37:21
to sleep what do you mean incorrect no correct me okay the three Droid cocktail the first one
37:26
is a paralytic it doesn't numb you it it
37:31
it kills the the the um oh my God what are the two there's
37:37
there's yeah but there's a uh not something there's a there's the conscious one on the unconscious one I
37:43
can't remember but like the the sympathetic comparison there's one you can control like like when I'm doing
37:49
this and then there's the heartbeat 100 it kills all voluntary the the
37:56
voluntary nervous system so it appears as if you're asleep but you're just you're just in a state
38:02
where your your voluntary nervous system is dead you're aware of Everything 100 aware it's not like being asleep at all
38:08
you are aware but your eyes are closed you feel all pain in the exact same capacity and and essentially it turns
38:15
into a conscious vegetable it turns you it's a conscious and aware vegetable that's right that's unable to move you
38:21
can feel and hear everything feel you hear you think reacting exactly
38:26
the the third drug the the drug that actually kills you and I don't remember what the second potassium chloride or
38:33
whatever it's called the hypochloridus mode yeah yeah the third the one that actually kills you yes
38:38
as it flows through your through your uh uh arteries and veins through the
38:44
circulation system and I don't know how they figured this out God God help the person if this was
38:49
a human being that told them this but apparently it like like burns like a
38:54
fire in your nerve in not your nerves in your in your circulation system so imagine from the point of I don't even
39:00
want to show myself but even from the point that it's injected in the IV through your entire imagine like a like
39:06
a third degree fire coursing through you until it reaches your heart and do you have any idea how
39:13
many veins or how long the veins are miles right through through the capillaries and all that soils bro no
39:22
if you were to take your veins out of your body your your people don't realize this
39:28
because veins are are very very pliable and very stretchy very very stretchy and they're even though they seem frail and
39:36
small you can stretch out a vein one person's vein their circulatory system
39:41
could stretch let's say from here to New York like thousands of months I'm
39:47
telling you yeah one person capillaries veins arteries you so I mean think about
39:53
that [ __ ] medication going all and burning like like a fire right so so
40:00
it's it's like a coal or something exactly so when you understand that
40:05
knowing that the person is conscious and fully feeling and aware of everything suddenly it's not it's but it's more
40:11
about Optics you know it's more about Optics so we don't know if they're suffering because if the guy if the men
40:17
or woman because I think Elaine warnos was killed by lethal injection um
40:22
if she doesn't react then everybody thinks like oh like you know they're they're all like ah they don't feel
40:28
anything you know what was that what you say I said I I what I always said I think she had mental health issues and
40:34
so there was a controversy that like you probably shouldn't have been Eileen I don't know I actually don't know that is
40:40
that what I'm thinking of is the the one of the last women killed seven guys gunshot of murdered
40:46
seven of them killed them all she she was uh they even made a movie about her called monster with the Chili's Theron
40:53
and uh and Christina Ricci yeah monster Eileen warnose who's her
40:59
name she's a serial killer she killed seven guys with a gun to be executed no no that's something
41:06
Ruth Ellis oh yeah I said last woman to be
41:13
but look up Eileen warmoff oh look at the last no Eileen warnos I
41:21
think she was [ __ ] crazy because she told me it's this one this woman she stole someone's baby I think
41:30
pregnant woman opened and stole the baby of her if I remember God dude yeah so last year 2021 should this woman
41:38
was killed but she I mean you could you couldn't tell [ __ ] mental health insurance because she's got no Chin okay
41:44
anyway no I'm I'm pretty sure I'm pretty sure it was proven that she had mental health so the controversy was that she
41:50
shouldn't have she shouldn't have been even convicted because she probably should have been into mental health anyway long story
41:55
short so capital punishment it was up to her lawyer to prove that and they failed
42:01
the main topic ended up being capital punishment and suicide but it was not
42:07
intended to be so so okay here here's my final thoughts on on capital punishment we could possibly
42:12
move on to another topic it should continue to be legal and it should be it should be an option
42:18
in in I would say every state now now I have a question for you no this is not
42:23
derailing just going still with with capital punishment I know this is the last thing you want to talk about however
42:29
what if you're a citizen or resident let's say of New York a state that doesn't have capital punishment
42:36
but you committed your crimes crimes multiple that were
42:41
in that state where our Capital are our um grounds for you know uh capital
42:48
punishment but New York says well you know like you got to bring him back to New York
42:54
because whatever like extradata back to New York or that prisoner says I was going through Texas I'm not from here
43:00
and I want to go back to my state because I don't have a capital punishment or whatever but he doesn't disclose that lawyers push forward he's
43:05
granted it if that's the hard work it has worked before that's how people escape [ __ ] capital punishment
43:11
because they get taken to their home States here's here's my QWERTY it's okay I told you they were
43:19
going to make noise it's great it's okay it's the emotional healing you need he
43:27
knows you need emotional support so here's here's my my understanding of how it works
43:33
you can either commit or you can either break a law of a state
43:39
where you can break a law of the federal government right okay or both
43:44
or both at the same time or both at the same time that's right
43:50
and federally I federally depends on the administration
43:56
so it's still legal but some information administrations like some presidents say don't do it and some presidents they do
44:01
it like Trump trump famously I think like even it was either December 20
44:07
20 or January 21. before uh before the Insurrection that
44:13
uh that he chose to have people uh uh uh executed in any case so it depends on
44:18
the administration long story short if you break a capital punishment crime in Texas and you've committed no crime in
44:24
New York even though that's your state of residence it you will not be extra day actually you're right yeah it's it's
44:29
got to be like oh like but New York wants them for these others for a different crime exactly yeah yeah yeah
44:34
yeah that's I forgot about that point yeah it's a good all right so you're right absolutely I mean you know here
44:40
Charles Fuchs how would you be wrong anyway so it makes sense and then episode two of season an
44:47
episode two of season two I will show you a gift that Dominic got me in Las Vegas so let me let me get my my last
44:53
point out no you you gotta point out and I'd correct you okay it was a correction my
45:00
last name is how right you could be yeah
45:07
if if loving me is wrong you don't want to be right okay
45:12
so okay especially if you're passable now capital punishment here's how it
45:18
should be done and and I mean unless there's like scientific evidence that that that says otherwise here here's the
45:25
ideal and most Humane and non-non cruel and non-unusual better is the is this
45:30
this um this nitrogen chamber but before that you get you get some
45:35
sort of a benzo or or anti-anxiety valium or something like that or maybe something stronger and and something for
45:43
for the pain and to you know kind of make you loopy and kind of get all the [ __ ] oxycons that were taken off the
45:48
shelf and give it to them right that'll there you go um so that's way of disposing it so anyway you you get you
45:53
get a morphine or an opiate an opioid excuse me and and a benzo and then um
45:58
and then you get put into this chamber sucks out all all the air replaced with 100 nitrogen and I think less than a
46:05
minute in less than a minute you're you're unconscious and then a couple minutes later as long as you stay in that chamber you're dead heart stops in
46:11
in your brainsted and there you go that should be the the method
46:17
all right topic number two wait a minute before you can tell me I just I told you we were going to talk about what
46:22
happened at SCarowinds uh what do you mean what happened like they had to stop it they had to shut it down because you
46:27
get all these people uh behaving unruly and this was like two weeks ago oh yeah
46:34
look it up and SCarowinds shut down the unruly Behavior but when you look at the bigger the bigger story you noticed what
46:42
group of people are you know are not behaving
46:48
in a in an appropriate way so they should be executed thank you yes not masking I wasn't
46:56
telling you I was asking oh you're in my mind man and I mean you're messing up the fun for everybody else we didn't
47:02
have to read your mind we we you you were pretty clear about about it yeah I
47:08
wanted to go to SCarowinds in this group of [ __ ] Momos had to ruin it for everybody so yeah [ __ ] get rid of
47:14
them that's the kind of people that we should Target during The Purge people who [ __ ] up things for other people for
47:22
no other reason than just being [ __ ] Momos like Republican no
47:28
like Democrats you didn't answer us quickly Democrats
47:35
and Republicans have Momos equally across the board so I don't give a [ __ ] if you're a Republican or a Democrat
47:42
most in different capacities different omacity you're a [ __ ] Momo you're a
47:47
stunod That's it man you're you're a Target that's right
47:52
if you're a Momo you don't get no gabagool let me tell you something I'll [ __ ]
47:58
get rid of you in the purge and I'll eat your God but go in front of you while you really don't kill me please that's right we're gonna take away your uh Gala
48:05
mod and your musudela
48:12
excuse me I I lived on Long Island for a number of years and so I am I'm an adopted son of the Italians if you will
48:18
and they adopted Jewish son they didn't know they needed or wanted ah
48:24
okay so
48:31
[Laughter] I was actually impressed when I asked you if you knew that you're like oh yeah
48:36
like you know he said show me kikatsu for anyone this you mean this and I'm like oh hey you actually do know I know
48:43
all right topic number two shoot go ahead remember what was it we talked about it before oh come on you can't say
48:50
you the words I don't know just okay Charlie puth you're right topic number two is uh the the Queen of England
48:57
yeah she uh she passed away ripe old age of I don't know 90s 137 she was over 500. in
49:06
the 90s if not if not over 100. my great-grandmother remembers her so that would be 135th the I mean I I I am I
49:15
mean not just old enough to remember Prince Charles and and Princess Diana I
49:22
mean I was young I was like five or six when she died but but I remember I like I remember the controversy I remember uh even in elementary schools like first
49:29
graders had princess Ty killed I don't know yeah but um
49:36
and and one of uh one of the things that my name got made fun of in elementary school for was was uh was because it was
49:43
you know there's Prince Charles in England so it's like Charlie Brown Charles in Charge you know stupid stupid
49:48
kitchen Prince Charles yeah now in Middle School in Middle School uh you know they realize what my last name is
49:53
and uh and you know hey because by that time kids are saying all kinds of yeah people learn curses
50:00
so especially in New York because they probably heard that what the [ __ ] are you talking about yeah that's right so anyway okay my friend Charlie's last
50:07
name is spelled almost the same look of course and so I can say his name curse
50:13
and nobody would even know yeah anyway so now we that we know now the
50:20
the British have have a king first time in in what 80 something years or something like that right and uh you
50:26
know yeah since King George that was Elizabeth's father was her father Kendra yeah
50:32
so yes he was the he was King George the stammer remember that's who The King's
50:37
Speech was made of and there were still a movie but yeah that was clean uh Queen Elizabeth's father interesting yeah the
50:44
the stammer yeah I mean there's really nothing else
50:50
to say I mean the controversy I guess is is that there's that some people were actually celebrating right or or at
50:55
least saying there's no reason to like mourn heavily because she was she was involved in in at least the end of
51:01
colonialism uh if not if not if not elements of colonialism prior to the end
51:08
of it right so that's that was one of those so let's get one thing straight everybody's talking about the queen
51:13
colonialism Queen didn't colonized anybody and during her Reign she didn't go out
51:19
and send [ __ ] people to correct anybody but but during her Reign there
51:25
were still colonies that were had been cracked before the end of coming they had said hey since you're now the new
51:31
Queen why don't you let us [ __ ] go and she was like nah like I'll just you
51:36
know and I think it wasn't it her quote or was it or or am I mistaken where it says the British Empire the son never
51:43
said something British Empire she said it but that's like an old old quote
51:48
but she said it she's quoted as saying it but it's not her yeah it was like she did yeah exactly she didn't make it up
51:54
it was like something from like the [ __ ] 1500s okay so it's uh I don't
51:59
know if there's I can't think of an analogy I think people were just upset because she did have the power to kind of let countries go
52:06
from their like how Jamaica had to fight for their okay so so let's pick a
52:12
country and I I don't I don't I don't know specific dates but let's let's just make some dates up okay let's say
52:18
Nigeria was a a colony of of the United Kingdom which which it was
52:25
from let's make up some dates 1500 through 1970. okay so what the
52:32
270 years okay let's say those those were the years so so which which monarch of England
52:41
gets credit for being the colonists just the one who was king or queen in 1500 and nobody else who who continued the
52:49
policies that were known as as uh as as colonization or colonialism nobody else
52:55
gets credit for being a colonialist that's that's not how it works right like think about Jim Crow here I was
53:00
just gonna go there I was just gonna go there so Jim Crow right in approximately
53:05
instituted 1870s 1880s get give or take right and and not ended until approximately the 1960s maybe 70s right
53:13
I don't remember the exact dates but uh uh what 80 years let's just call it 80 years okay so that's a lifetime that's
53:19
that's over a difference for some people over Lifetime right Lifetime and a half so especially if you were born in the
53:25
1800s like I was that's right so so so who gets credit for being a Jim Crow
53:33
person right just the people who were there in power in in 1808 who implemented it no it's everyone who
53:39
continued who continued the um uh yeah so everybody is especially if you
53:47
have the power to end it and you don't then you're just as guilty as those who started you're part of you're part of it that's right so so in that sense she was
53:55
a a colonialist monarch which is weird because you think that's like old [ __ ] yeah but she was that old she was the
54:01
last colonialist monarch of of the United Kingdom so some people say that those part of the the controversy right
54:08
so some people were celebrating her death and then along the same same lines although I
54:13
don't know I don't know if this would also be called colonialism but um you
54:19
know the people in in um in the Republic of Ireland even some people in in Northern Ireland were were celebrating
54:25
uh of course the idea what is it the IRA the Irish uh resistance army yes they're
54:31
probably they're probably up like oh they're right drunk out their asses still but they're I mean there were
54:36
people they were even American American Irish descendants who were kind of like kind of partying up a little bit I mean
54:42
there were a ton because they knew their history they're like oh you know what they were connected to it I mean there was even though what's weird is that
54:48
just because The Queen Is Dead I mean that doesn't mean they're probably celebrating but it doesn't mean anything
54:53
like it's not gonna stop whatever they're sure whatever the king now the King Charles is there like is it gonna
54:58
magically stops you celebrating no of course not it's not I don't think anyone is celebrating is like oh my God things are going to change now or or I mean
55:05
ultimately what what people want the King has no or the queen had no say anything is the prime minister the
55:10
[ __ ] King can't even sort of War if they wanted to where are they people they probably don't right but they're sure they're the figurehead and so they
55:16
get the they get the attention it's it's like it's like here right whatever happens in this country right regardless
55:22
of whether or not the president actually can control it like whether or not the executive branch actually has the power to do X Y and Z that that affects
55:30
whatever people blame them for just like in in the Army right if you're in in leadership you're responsible for
55:35
everything that happens fails to happen the president gets blamed for everything that they control or or or do not
55:41
control right in the UK it's the prime minister my question is I mean yeah but why would
55:47
they even if you have a prime minister like Canada has a [ __ ] prime minister if you have a prime minister why do you
55:54
have to still have a king or queen and all this other [ __ ] well I mean that's you want to end taxes you want to
56:00
lower taxes get rid of the [ __ ] monarchy it's a very expensive yeah because you got to pay a taxes to pay
56:07
these [ __ ] Momos I mean just so they can go oh yeah there was there was a uh [ __ ] out of here on one of the on one of
56:14
the excuse me I wanted the satellite radio shows that
56:19
I watch which is um the host his name is Michael smarkanish he he had a poll I
56:26
think it was last week or the week before asking asking people if they thought that um the the death of Queen Elizabeth
56:33
would mean the end of of British Monarchy and some people said yes some people said no but the reason I
56:39
understand is the reason he asked that question the reason it was a topic for anyone at all the week she died was
56:44
because some people were saying that that this might accelerate the the end of the monarchy
56:51
which which people are I don't think it's going to end the monarchy but I am going to say that King Charles is not going to be king for a very long time
56:57
because he's old I mean partially also because I think he has some ailments
57:02
that people aren't very aware of he's got a few things especially I think he's
57:08
got heart issues and he's got his age no no but these are I think just you know um
57:15
other other things because he what is he like 76 70 something years old 71 very
57:21
easily looked at him but these are health issues and I think I partially also is because he's also been very open
57:28
in the past then he you know he didn't he's 73. he's been open in the past and he didn't
57:34
want to be king he didn't want that to kind of I mean although he ultimately
57:40
knew eventually that was going to happen it's not something he kind of ever hoped for
57:45
and I think what's going to happen is he's probably gonna there's gonna be a um a shift as there has been in the past
57:54
um with especially with Queen Elizabeth's father you know he wasn't the one that was expected to to take over and that
58:00
there was like a whole shake-up it was supposed to be his brother but then he married some prosecutor he chose not to
58:06
he chose not to because he wanted to marry this other woman named Wallace and she was married it was the whole thing
58:12
so then you know her father needed to take in so I think King Charles is not
58:17
going to be the king for very long and it's probably what what's the oldest of his son's names not Harry the other one
58:24
William Prince William and I think he's gonna be I think he's the one that's going to be you know put
58:31
in in that place and I think also because think about it King if King Charles is 73 you said
58:39
was he gonna be king for a [ __ ] you know what five ten years who knows Elizabeth leading to her 90s right so
58:45
nah she was 138 years old so I think it's if anything he might serve
58:52
few years and then say listen I'm an old man I killed my ex-wife so I
58:58
can be with this ugly broad let's put my kid in there he's a young guy listen he's already going bald put him in there
59:05
just [ __ ] that way we can continue on this show and and everybody can just kind of leave us alone
59:11
when's your birthday again August 9th 1879. okay so well at about 1879 but um
59:18
uh I was just pointing out that be it not for the month and day of his
59:23
birthday he would be the exact same age as the late Queen Elizabeth and with that ladies and gentlemen
