The heart of this meditation lies in reclaiming our energy. Many of us remain tied to those who've betrayed us through invisible cords of resentment, justice-seeking, or lingering attachment. Through guided visualization, we dissolve these connections and call back our scattered energy, watching as it returns like golden threads filling our being. We're reminded that we are not defined by betrayal, but are sacred, whole individuals worthy of devotion.

As we close, we seal our hearts with protective light - not to close ourselves off from future connection, but to establish boundaries that honor our worth. We make a powerful commitment: "From this day forward, I will no longer abandon myself for anyone." Hello, hello. Let's start by getting ourselves grounded in a place of safety. Close your eyes, taking a deep breath in Gently release it. Feel the weight of your body supported by the earth beneath you. Here you don't have, you are safe to feel. Take another breath, let your shoulders drop, let your heart soften let your heart soften.

Speaker 2:

Say silently to yourself I am safe now. I am allowed to let go. I no longer need to carry this pain alone anymore. Good, now we need to acknowledge the hurt, which means naming the truth. Bring to mind the person who betrayed you. You're not inviting them in, you're bringing your truth forward. Feel what arises the anger, the anger, the anger, the grief, the confusion, the disbelief. Now say softly to yourself what you did hurt me. It broke something I believed was sacred, but it will not break me. Allow the emotions to rise like waves and let them pass. You are not weak for feeling this. You are strong for facing it. Now we need to cut the energetic rope connecting your heart to theirs. It may be tangled justice or understanding, but now you choose freedom. Say to yourself in your mind I release you. I release the version of me that accepted crumbs. I call back my energy. I call back my soul. Visualize the core dissolving into light.

Watch your energy returning to your body as golden, glowing threads that fill you with this sense of wholeness. Let it swirl and dance around you. See and feel it, fill your chest, your spine, your entire field. You are not half of a broken story. You are a complete soul. Now we need to reclaim your worth, rewriting. Place one hand over your heart, feel its rhythm, pulse and beat, feel your aliveness, and now repeat these words silently in your mind I am not defined by betrayal. I am no longer hard to love. I am sacred. I am whole. I am worthy of devotion. I no longer chase love that cannot meet me. I open to love that sees me, chooses me, honors me.

Let each word settle deep into your bones as your truth that's it anchoring it in deep within you, for you are worthy, you're good enough, you matter enough, you matter.

And to close we want to seal the heart with light. So visualize a radiant golden light surrounding your heart. This is your protection, this is your promise. And say silently to yourself From this day forward, I will no longer abandon myself for anyone. I love, honor and respect myself too much to settle for less than truth. Less than truth, I walk forward free, open and ready for a love that mirrors my worth. Take in a final deep breath, take it in and final deep breath. Take it in and exhale with release and, when you're ready, slowly bring your awareness back, wiggle your fingers and toes, open your eyes gently you are still here, more you than ever before and say to yourself thank you, thank you, thank you. This is a gift you gave to yourself. So thank you and have a blessed day. And did as so.
