Ready to release the grip of past hurts that still linger in your body and spirit? Join us for a profound guided meditation designed to help you face, process, and release emotional wounds through powerful visualization.

This healing journey begins by creating a safe container within yourself, grounding into your body through mindful breathing as you prepare to meet old wounds with newfound courage. Through gentle guidance, you'll visualize standing in a sacred forest where you encounter a snake – a symbol representing someone who has hurt you deeply. Rather than fighting or fleeing, you're invited to observe, speak your truth, and ultimately extract the symbolic fang that has remained lodged in your energy body.

The meditation centers around a transformative forgiveness practice – not to condone harmful actions or forget what happened, but to free yourself from carrying the weight any longer. Through repeated affirmations like "I release the venom, I release the pain, I release the person," you'll experience a recalibration as you call your scattered energy back home to yourself. The powerful mantra "Today I walk free. No one owns my story but me" helps cement your reclamation of personal sovereignty.

Whether you're working through betrayal, rejection, abandonment, or any form of emotional pain, this meditation offers a compassionate framework for healing. Give yourself the gift of this practice whenever you're ready to let go of one more thing, one more person, one more snake that has held power over your story for too long. Your journey toward wholeness begins with this brave step toward freedom.

Speaker 1:

Hello, hello. Begin in a comfortable position. Sit or lie down somewhere quiet, where you won't be disturbed. When you're ready, close your eyes, let your breath be. Begin by taking a few slow, deep breaths. If you can inhale through the nose, hold it. Exhale softly through the mouth. Feel your body drop into the earth beneath you, feel gravity holding you, bringing you comfort and anchoring you so you feel stable, grounded, centered and supported. You are safe to go inward now. With each breath, let the outside world fade away, let that busy mind take a back seat over there in the corner, so we can allow the real, authentic you that wants to heal to step forward today. So notice how, with each breath, you feel yourself arrive in this moment, in your body, in your, and I know that you are brave and courageous. You want to heal. That is why you are listening to these words and we're ready to meet the wound.

Speaker 1:

So bring to mind someone or something that has hurt you deeply. You don't need to relive the entire event, just the memory, the presence, the feeling of what still lives in you, of what still lives in you. Notice where does this pain live in your body? Is it in your chest, your gut, your throat, your back when you feel it, recognize and discover it. Breathe into that space. There's no need to judge it, no need to try to fix it, just notice. Judge it, no need to try to fix it, just notice, witness. You are holding space for yourself now. Now, in your mind's eye, see yourself standing in a forest, barefoot on sacred ground. A gentle wind moves the snake. It watches you. It does not attack, it simply exists. It symbolizes the one who hurt you, the betrayal, the abandonment, the rejection, the pain. And realize, dear one, this is not about them, this is about you, this is for you.

Speaker 1:

You may speak to the snake if you wish. Say what was never said, release what has lived in your chest, your heart, your body for far too long, and I will pause here for a minute of silence so you can say what you need to say.

Speaker 2:

Thank you.

Speaker 1:

Now look down and see the Fang still lodged in your energy body, not in your skin, but in your spirit. This is the residual of pain, the vemen of the past. See and feel how your Higher Self gently places a hand on your shoulder. You are ready now. Slowly, with intention and breath, imagine pulling the f thing out. It slides free with a golden light and immediately healing rushes in. See and feel that now, experience that now and say aloud or silently I release the venom, I release the pain. I release the person. I forgive, not to forget, but to be free. I release the venom, I release the pain. I release the person. I forgive, not to forget, but to be free. And one more time, I release the venom. I release the pain. I release the person. I forgive, not to forget, but to be free. So let's reclaim your sovereignty. As the fang dissolves into light, your entire body begins to recalibrate. See and feel how the wound closes, the light expands, feel yourself standing taller, more, whole, more you.

Speaker 1:

Say aloud or silently to yourself three times I call my energy home. I am no longer am worthy of peace. I forgive because I choose to be free. I call my energy home. I am no longer bound to the past. I forgive because I am worthy of peace. I forgive because I choose to be free. I call my energy home. I am no longer bound to the past. I forgive because I am worthy of peace. I forgive because I choose to be free.

Speaker 1:

Now, as we begin to close, take a moment to thank yourself for your courage, your willingness for choosing healing. Let the forest fade, let the snake dissolve. Feel yourself returning to your body, here and now, clean and clear. Wiggle your fingers and toes, just wiggle them, taking a final deep breath in through the nose and exhale softly out through the mouth. That's it. And when you're ready, gently open your eyes and integrate and affirm today this affirmation Today I walk free. No one owns my story but me. Today I walk free. No one owns my story but me. Today I walk free. No one owns my story but me. And so I'm letting my stories go, one at a time. One thing, one person, one snake. Today I walk free.

Speaker 1:

And I say thank you, thank you for giving yourself this gift and have a fabulous day, and it is so, and we are complete you.
