From this foundation of inner connection, you'll gently investigate the nature of your protective barriers - perhaps they appear as stone, metal, or glass in your mind's eye. You'll honor these walls with gratitude for their protective purpose before considering whether they still benefit you now.

The Welcome, dear one. You've arrived at a sacred moment, a moment to meet yourself with honesty, tenderness and love. So find a comfortable position. You can sit or lie down, whatever feels most supportive for you, and as you place your hand on your heart, you can hear and feel it beating. You're alive, you are a survivor. Allow your eyes to gently close, if you haven't already. Are ready. Take a slow, deep breath in and release it fully Again. Inhale deeply and exhale, letting go of tension, letting go of the outside world, of the outside world. This time is for you. So let yourself softly settle into stillness. Let your breath and heartbeat become your anchor, a steady rhythm that reminds you you are safe.

Speaker 1:

To imagine a soft light glowing in the center of your chest, your heart space. This light represents your soul, eternal, wise and deeply compassionate. Let it expand with each breath filling your chest, your shoulders, your belly. Let it wrap around your body like a warm, protective cocoon. From this place, safety I want you to gently ask yourself have I built walls around my heart? Listen, let whatever comes up, come. There is no need to judge, just observe with loving awareness.

Speaker 1:

Perhaps you can sense a wall. Maybe it's made of stone, brick, metal or glass. Metal or glass. Maybe you can't see it clearly, but you can feel its presence. This wall was not a mistake. It was built with love. It was built to protect you when protection was the only way to survive. Acknowledge it with gratitude. Thank you for protecting me. Thank you for.

Speaker 1:

Take in a deep breath here. Let your body relax into this truth. You built these walls for a reason, and that's okay. Now ask yourself gently are these walls still serving me today? Listen, feel. If they are still serving you today, bless them. It's okay. They still serve a positive purpose to keep you safe. Now, if they are not, know that you have the power to soften them.

Speaker 1:

Visualize that same warm light from your heart beginning to move toward the wall, not to destroy it, but to dissolve it slowly, lovingly, one layer at a time. You might imagine the walls softening, cracking, melting, or maybe a door appears. Maybe today you simply choose to peek through it. You are in control. You are in control and as you witness this wall begin to shift, whisper to yourself. It's safe to let love in. It's safe to let love out. I am learning to live without my walls. Breathe. You are learning to live without your walls. Now you may feel emotions rising. This is welcome. This is healing.

Speaker 1:

Let your breath carry you back into your heart, where light, grace and forgiveness lives. Whisper softly to yourself I forgive myself for needing protection. I forgive myself for staying hidden. I choose courage. I choose connection. Let the light in your chest glow even more brighter. That's it, like a beautiful sun rising to welcome the earth in the morning. Let this light radiate beyond your body, like the walls are no longer needed because you are the light. Now breathe it in. Anchor this truth into your heart, taking a few deep breaths, grounding yourself back into the present moment. Feel the surface beneath you and say thank you, thank you, thank you for this gift you have given yourself today, thank you. And when you're ready, you can wiggle your fingers and your toes Ah, that was wonderful. And bring your awareness back to your body, to the space you're in feeling lighter, freer, happier. Therefore, we are complete and this was wonderfully so. Thank you.
