Let's begin. Take a deep breath in through your nose, if you can, and sigh it out through your mouth, inhale, exhale and as you inhale again, feel the space between the inhale and exhalation, that quiet calmness, the presence of peace. Feel your body, feel the residue of that conversation and notice where you're holding it. Are you holding it in your chest, your jaw, your shoulders? Your jaw, your shoulders, your belly, your fist? Just notice. Or are you just tense all over? And that's okay, we're going to release it.

Now say silently in your mind I release what is not mine, I release what is not mine, I release what is not mine. I return to myself now. Now visualize golden light above your head. Powerful, it pours down slowly, washing over you like honey. It clears the mental noise, it clears the emotional weight, it clears the hooks, the guilt, the obligation. See and feel it flow down your crown.
