This episode continues our Autism Acceptance episode series. Today my guest is Angelica Ramirez. Angelica is a local mom of two kids. Her oldest, Ino, is diagnosed with autism and apraxia of speech. In this episode Angelica talks about how important it has been to get to know her son and how to help him communicate and learn. Angelica also talks about ABA therapy and how she believes that when done correctly and ethically, it can be an extremely effective therapy for autistic people.
