Meredith Wiedemer is a former Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, founder of the Good Well Space, and now an Integrative Health Coach. But, when Russia invaded Ukraine, all her professional focus shifted toward providing relief and helping meet the needs of displaced individuals fleeing from Ukraine.
