This is a great meditation to do if you don't want to go into your emotions but would like to feel some peace. Do this before bed or during the day to recenter and reclaim peace and presence. Eco meditation in a beautiful combination of best practice tools like EFT, neurofeedback, Heart Math and mindfulness and it has been shown in clinical trials to decrease cortisol by 29%, decrease anxiety by 23%, decrease heart rate by 5% and decrease pain 43%.
