Season Finale!
On today's episode, I talk about how you can transform your anxiety, nerves, and fear into excitement so you can tap into your courage and boldy just go for it.
On this episode, we explore the reasons why we tend to overshare, from seeking connection to feeling vulnerable, and discuss the potential consequences of sharing too much information.
If you so badly wish to be out of your caterpillar phase and into your butterfly era ..where you are flourishing in your own life…then this episode is for you.
On the episode, I talk about what it really means to be a high-value woman, how you can become one, the common traits…. AND the number one fear all high-value women have in common.
This episode is all about who you need to become so you feel confident enough to spread your wings + fly (and thrive & flourish).
On the Episode, I talk all about how being direct is not rude or impolite and how it is a powerful skill that can improve your relationships with those in your community and environment.
2024, my biggest change year yet.
And no, I did not anticipate this at the start of it.
If one thing was for certain, it was that I promised myself to be bold enough to believe in myself + yet brave enough to dream big + follow up with big action.
A lot of people will talk a big talk about going after what they want- but few actually commit.
Do you stay with comfort + complacency or create change for new opportunities?
There is so much fear in letting things go and realizing when it’s time to act on stagnation in our lives.
On the episode, I talk about how + why I decided to completely overhaul major aspects in life and why you need to eliminate things in order to expand.
This was a HUGE realization for me. I was busy but stagnant. I was in a great place financially, but knew I can be capable of more. I realized how the comfort I was feeling was making me complacent and that I needed major changes in order to move forward.
I also realized that it was time to face the hard truth… which was that I needed to do a major inventory and let go of things in my life that no longer aligned with what I wanted. I needed to do this so it could create SPACE for the things that I do want.
I also talk about how scaling back helped me create so much clarity by realigning me with what I truly want. This has made me SO clear and committed to building my new vision.
On the episode, I share why your energy is your currency and how to create a life you’re excited to wake up to.
Whether you need to change your perspective, your environment, or break up with the past version of you.. it's important to understand that you are never stuck. On the episode, we talk about how you are always one decision away from changing your life ... and why you should do so.

The menstrual cycle typically consists of four phases: menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal. Here's how each phase may affect behavior:
