Adelaide United Captain Stefan Mauk joined The High Performance Project to chat about his journey thus far in his football career and digest his goals and aspirations for the future.

Stefan has played in the A-League since he was 16 and had his fair share of football experience in both Australia and Overseas. Starting in the AIS Football system he was very driven and personal tragedy pushed his drive to reach the highest level.

Stefan unlike many took a huge plunge in 2020 and started his own business outside of football. Enter the "Inner Game Journal" an athlete performance and goal setting journal to make athletes more self aware of their goals and performance targets.
