The High Performance Project | Chloe Dalton #16

Lumin Sports Season 2 Episode 7

Chloe Dalton is one of Australia's few triple sport athletes - a former WNBL basketballer who turned to Rugby Sevens where she won an Olympic gold medal in 2016, before moving to AFLW.

In 2020, Chloe was playing with Carlton while also training in the Rugby Sevens program in a bid to make it to Tokyo for a chance to win another gold medal. Now, with sport shut down in the midst of a pandemic, everything is on pause.

Chloe talks about:

  • Adapting her training program around two sports and shifting Olympic dates
  • Her sporting journey
  • Work life balance, as a qualified physiotherapist and an athlete

Much more!
