This week Brittany opens up about her challenges with PCOS Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, infertility and how she managed to overcome her them from her diagnosis preconception, conception, birth, all the way to postpartum and breastfeeding.

The story is filled with rich information about how homeopathic herbs such as Withania, Valerian and Chaste Tree / Chaste Berry supported her along her path.

We hope that there are some take aways in this story to guide and inspire other women to take their health back in to their own hands and seek the right guidance. To also trust themselves to do the work, to heal naturally and holistically.
