. Welcome to the Hope Unlocked podcast . I'm Kristen Kurtz , your host . I am going to be doing a new series on Tuesdays as led to share Tuesday thoughts on Hope Unlocked , and this season is actually going to be focusing around , maybe the promised land . And this season is actually going to be focusing around maybe the promised land some of the ways that we are held back at times from moving forward and how I can actually kind of help you on this journey , whether that be tuning into these Tuesday podcast episodes or
even going deeper with me . So what I've noticed is that most women don't realize that they're constantly tuning into the 10 spies network . Now , if you know the story of the Israelites leaving Egypt and their wilderness journey . There were 12 spies that were sent into the promised land to check things out and 10 of them went in in fear . They saw the giants , they didn't see the promise , they didn't see what God was actually leading them into . There was two that were brave and courageous and those were Joshua and Caleb , but the 10 spies focused on the giants . Like I said , joshua and Caleb focused on the giants being their bread , being their breakfast , right . So the 10 spies network might be any fear-based messaging which can come from the news , maybe social media .
Speaker 1What would you say on that ? I would say so . Family , friends , even your own thoughts and , of course , the enemy . These voices try to magnify
the problems and they actually minimize God's promises . You need Joshua and Caleb voices in your life , people who will see the promise despite the giants .
Speaker 1Who you listen to actually determines if you stay stuck in fear or step forward in faith . And when you tune into faith-based truth instead of fear-based noise , you will start making decisions from confidence , clarity and divine direction .
