charge"},{"startTime":154.86,"endTime":157.5,"body":"points should be bidirectional"},{"startTime":157.5,"endTime":159.72,"body":"as standard, so that electric in"},{"startTime":319.59,"endTime":322.41,"body":"Kent contacted their fraud team"},{"startTime":322.41,"endTime":324.42,"body":"at Lloyd's Bank who refunded the money"},{"startTime":324.42,"endTime":326.07,"body":"before it could do any serious damage"},{"startTime":326.07,"endTime":328.2,"body":"to any of their
