I am a personal trainer turned life coach, fascinated by all aspects of and mysteries of being human, the mind, body and spirit alike. I created the Movement Soul Collective to connect, inspire and learn from like-minded soul- led entrepreneurs and leaders as we traverse the ups and downs of taking the off beaten path, asking life’s big questions and creating a space where you feel less alone on your own journey. I hope that in these snippets of my personal truth, and other stories, you hear something that resonates and takes you into your own depths. She helps female entrepreneurs find their “WHY” for their Brand Photo shoots and encourages creatives to use their skills for positive impact.
