In today’s episode of Transmit Safety, I'm talking with Erin Landry-Baker about the importance of effective change management not only in the health and safety industry but with all changes in general.

I have stepped in a few landmines when it comes to change management. When I met Erin, I knew immediately that I wanted to bring her on the podcast because picking a change management expert's brain can be so valuable from a health and safety perspective. Because really, that's what we're doing all the time - we are managing change.
