This episode, we are joined by talented artist Blak Douglas, otherwise known as Adam Hill.
Adam is a Koori artist originally trained in illustration & photography, past this however he’s expanded his skills into sculpture, installation and his main choice of medium; painting in a graphic design style. He’s been a four-time Archibald Prize finalist until recently having won the Archibald Prize this year in 2022 with his painting Moby Dickens.
In this episode, we chat about Adam's journey with Waterfront Whale Tales, his Archibald entry and the intersection of Aboriginal Art and activism in Australia.
