Excited to be here with you. So um returning from Sedona, and I got a little bit of a fun story for those not on my email list. So one of the highlights of my recent Sedona trip, we went to the Sedona Wolf Sanctuary, and this interaction I had with a wild wolf was really profound, right? So I go up to him and I hear source say, put your hand on his heart and close your eyes. So I'm like, I'm rubbing him, and then I put my hands on his heart, uh, close my eyes. This electrical energy shoots up my arm through my third eye and crying, like this energy is just like surging around me and lingering in my arm for the rest of the day. I go back to my seat and I'm like, I want to sit down. I'm like trembling and I feel like I'm gonna faint. I feel like I'm gonna cry. I'm almost like hyperventilating, but no tears are coming. And yeah, that was the power of wolf medicine. So I'm still integrating from that experience into Dona. But when I got out of the vortex, out of the portal, and everything started settling, and I started feeling this the spirit and having this communication, um, understanding like the codes that were imprinted on me through that interaction, I kept hearing back into the wild, back into the wild. So, and I just I love portals and vortexes so much because the synchronicity is usually just like it's when you're in a pure quantum field, there are so many instances of connectivity and synchronicity just like beyond mind, right? So the resort we stayed at in Sedona was called the Wild Resort. And then we were getting after leaving Sedona, we were going to go visit one of my friends in the in the Tucson area, and the restaurant she reserved, I think it was called like the wild or something like that. And so I'm getting this message from the spirit of this wolf I just interacted with, and he kept saying, go back into the wild, go back into the wild, go back into the wild. And I'm like, oh shit, I see the connectivity. And so I want to talk about current themes right now, right? Uh energetic forecast and some themes. When we say go back into the wild, it really means return. Oh, this is beautiful, return to your true self. Now, that is so cliche. That's so fucking cliche. We hear that all the time. Be your true self, be your authentic self, get back to self. What am I talking about when I say that? This wolf, Thor, that's his name. What is what is what is it that he's wanting me to share with humanity about going back into the wild? Well, going back to the self before you became your false self. And the false self is the version of you you believe yourself to be right now. And really, it's a temporary self. So truly, you are the infinite self. The infinite self is the self that's always expanding into another version of self. So is this myself, or is this a temporary self? A temporary self. You see, your true self is what? The I am. It's the formlessness before form, it's the energy before thought, it's the vibration, it's it's the spark of breath even before life. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Learning how to be nothing is one of the most powerful skills you can have as a living, breathing, walking master. I want to return back to the self before I became myself. How do you do that? How are you gonna do that? Well, releasing the attachment to what you believe is self. And I talk about this all the time with you guys. Your bank balance, the relationship you're in, the job you work at, the environment you find yourself in. Is that your infinite I am, or is it just a temporary self manifested from the temporary I am? Nothing should ever have a hold and a grip on you when you understand this technology of returning to the true self. Returning to the true self. Now, uh another layer of the codes from this going back into the wild, we're talking about going back into organic, um organic streams of intelligence and information. That's what the plant kingdoms and the animal kingdoms understand. Okay, um, when a wild wolf wakes up in the morning, does it really, does it worry about what it's going to eat? No, not in the same way that humans do. It operates on instinct all throughout the day. It surrenders to the natural ebb and flow within the circle of life that says, when the prey appears, I will hunt and I will eat and I will live, and if not, I'll just die. But you see, there's no um worry, right? So this energy of worry has been introduced into the uh the into the mix for the human. And so every day you're living in these two polarities. Okay, so June, the energy of June. Um, we're gonna be in the zodiac of Gemini, I think, until about June 20th. And the Gemini is the twin, duality, polarity, two energies, being able to hold two energies at once. So stick with me. This is not about you escaping from your human condition. It's really about holding two energies at the same time, which is what I also call spiritual maturity. I'm in my reality I've created, I'm in the construct I've created, but simultaneously knowing that it's a temporary self. So that would mean I'm not judging my current condition, I'm not shaming my current condition, I'm not even resisting my current condition. I'm seeing it, I'm feeling it, I'm learning from it, I'm expanding from it, I'm allowing it to shape and mold me into a new self because that's happening all the time, while simultaneously knowing that this is all temporary. You see, that's the place you want to reside. That's a place of true mastery, okay? I'm not talking about escapism, which is what most of us are trained to do. I don't like this situation. I'm judging it, I'm naming it, so I source, I gotta get the hell out of this situation in quick. The true state of mastery, stick with me, is if you can learn to laugh and smile through all of the bullshit because you know it's temporary. That's like what a Christian being does. That's like Buddhic consciousness. It's, huh. Everything has its place in the universes. Everything has its time. If you are sitting with sadness right now, then sit with her. If you are dancing with grief, grief right now, then dance with him. If you're laughing, then laugh. If you're crying, then cry. You see, fully accepting that which is presenting itself dissolves it back into the I am and sets you free from being um like a victim of it. I want to ask you, let me know in the comments, what are you trying to get away from right now? Because you see, the only way you you you actually don't get away from anything, you dissolve into it. You collapse it back into you as the creator. What are you trying to get away from? You're not going to run away from anything. The only thing you're gonna do is melt in it, transcend it fully to the point where it holds no power over you. Now, that doesn't mean that the emotion won't arise. There are so many people I meet with who are absolutely um fearful of negative emotion or what they're perceiving to be negative emotion. Oh, I can't feel that. Oh, I can't say that. Oh, I can't, it's not safe for me to express that truth. And it's like I just see it in their energy in their energy, in their aura. I go, there's a sadness. You see, it's it's seeing the energy beyond what the mouth is saying. Seeing the energy beyond what uh what the ego is saying. Oh, everything's fine. Let me know in the comments how uh when you're with people, you're good, everything's fine. Okay, well, you're pretending like everything's fine, but guess what? Um, other people feel another vibration. It's okay to say everything's not fine. Okay, so we are we go, we sit in Gemini until about June 20th, and then we shift into cancer. Now, what is cancer? That's what I'm talking about. Cancer is water, inner realm, inner reflection, theme, cycles, family, friendship, everything inner, inner emotions. Okay, so in June, we're gonna be dealing with a polarity of emotions, but becoming the master to hold them all. You know, you know what joy is? A lot of people think that joy is I'm happy all the time. Okay, well, no. Cancer and Gemini are partnering to show you that true joy is the acceptance of all emotions on the path and the fact that they are visitors, um, temporary visitors that give you insight into something deeper within self. What is arising in my being? If it's anger, express it. If it's resentment, address it. Now, when we let emotions and thoughts and feelings compound without giving them a proper outlet, okay, now what do they call it? She's a raging bitch, or he's a fucking asshole. Okay, no, these people are just operating on um so many cycles of unprocessed emotion. It's like you say one thing and they react, and you're like, is this really about the dishes or is this about something else? Well, it's about all the stuff they haven't addressed. A lot of you may be dealing with people like that in relationships. Okay, source wants me to go in the romantic relationship department. Um we must understand this we're talking about family right now and romantic relationships, marriages and fiances and boyfriends and girlfriends and all that stuff. We must come to understand that when we come into these grids of relating to each other, being relational, we are changing and evolving, and that person is too. But as they're shifting, changing, and evolving, they may not have the language, or uh, this is where Gemini is coming in to assist us as well, I'm hearing, the communication skills to let us know as all those shifts are happening. And you may feel the same, it may be the same for you. There's so much happening in the silence and uh the distance and the space between this day and this day. There's so much stimuli and information and codes and energy hitting us every single day, expanding our consciousness. So, what happens? It gets lost in translation and we go, huh? We start to lose a little bit of resonance. Okay, so in June, you want to ask yourself, how can I be a better communicator of my thoughts, feelings, and emotions when they are happening, as they are unfolding, as opposed to maybe some suppression or not having the uh language or self-trust to uh communicate it effectively. And then the people around us are coming to their own conclusions. So many people struggle with this, with just saying how they feel, what's arising. Now, this doesn't mean overly explaining yourself, it just means the ability to say, you know what? I I don't really know what this means right now, but this is coming up for me, and this is how I feel. This is how I feel right now. You know how many relationships would be there would be so much more understanding and intimacy and connectivity if we had the tools to simply give words to something we're experiencing on the inside. Okay, how many times have you heard this? I can't read your fucking mind. I don't know. You're expecting your husband or your wife to read your mind, you're expecting your family to read your mind. You're expecting these things. Nobody's gonna read your mind. Unless they're psychic like me, then you know it's kind of hard to get things past me. Or you may be that person, right? And you're like they're not saying it, but you're seeing it and you're feeling it. But you see, now you're frustrated because you're feeling intuitively or knowing something intuitively, but they're trying to demonstrate something differently. Okay, so this month is all about how can we communicate, how can we create bridges of language that allow us to connect, to be real. So uh something else came up for me while I was in Sedona first night. Well, I had uh been on the road all day getting there, and so I just wasn't really, you know, in tune with anything else. I wake up in the middle of the night, it's like 2 a.m., and I go, I forgot my sister's birthday. Now, because I'm in a vortex in a portal and I'm getting ready to lead a retreat, I know this is not like there's something here, right? There's there's energetically something here, and it bothered me so much so to the point that I cried about it. It's 2 a.m. I've texted my sister. I'm like, oh my God, I'm so sorry I missed your birthday. I'm gonna call you first thing in the morning. But it just really bothered me. And so to give more context, um, about three years ago, me and my sister got into, I mean, a really, really, really uh intense fight. And it really set off a whole explosive um unfolding with our entire family. I mean, it got really bad. Um, it was, it was really bad. And when I say really bad, um, yeah, you know, you ever had a moment where you just black out and punch somebody in the face? Yeah, that was me that day. I know you might not be able to believe that, but there was so much there. And so fast forward, right? Something that's like me missing a birthday. It's it's like it holds so much more weight, right? It holds so much more, there's so much, there's depth in layers because we've been healing and mending our relationship since then. And so when it came up, I realized, okay, there's a completion of a cycle wanting to happen here. What why is this bothering me so deeply? Because she was actually totally okay with it. And so I ended up talking to my mom about it, and she goes, Why I really hope you're not beating yourself up about this because yes, I know what happened three years ago when we all got into that horrible interaction and fight, but we are in such a different place. We are in such a different place. We feel so close to you. We're so proud of you. Your sister knows how busy you are, et cetera, et cetera. And so I was just, I just cried. It was like a part of me needed to hear that I was no longer bound to the past relationship. And I get emotional even now. Um, when we're on this path of spiritual awakening, and you guys know what I'm talking about, um, we can lose this resonance with our family. And so there's been about 10 years of me uh trying to, not even really trying, it just happening, but getting back to a place of connectivity with family. Okay, that happens through communication. But sometimes we don't have the words. Let me know in the comments if you have felt this. There's a lot with family that's gonna come up with cancer, old family cycles and themes closing out. Okay. You have your spiritual awakening, you start losing your resonance with family. So, in a way, you almost feel orphaned because you know what family connects on tradition, family connects on um, you know, shared values and religion and things like that. So, what happens when you when you lose that resonance with them? It's kind of hard to have conversation, or they're vibrating in a certain energy you no longer want to be in. You don't want to talk about lack and uh bills and the government and politics and all that stuff. You you're not there anymore. Okay, but on the other end of that, people can experience that in uh you're trying to preserve your energy because you're moving into a different timeline, but people can experience that in all types of ways. Like my sister, she experienced it as abandonment, which came up in that interaction three years ago. And there were things I heard that I had never heard before from her. I feel like you left me, I feel like you abandoned me and all this. When really, okay, there's a loss of resonance and frequency. And when I'm trying to communicate with you, I'm trying to interact with you, I'm trying to understand, I'm trying to not even get you to understand me, but I'm trying to share the person I've become with you, but it's, you know, there's like rejection or there's just a lack of resonance. And so what do we do? We may withdraw our energy. So how I operate is typically in instances where resonance is lost, I pull my energy back. I'm like, it's it's there's too much density here to communicate, right? And so this circle of completion happening in June, and especially before the solstice, right, on the 21st. So we're really getting this intensified energy of karmic cycles completing themselves. You may be confronted with unprocessed emotional energy. So uh when the when Sedona, the vortex, was showing me like all this unnecessary shame and guilt came up about something that was, you know, natural and normal. I was really busy that day. It really was showing me the layers of all of the darts that were thrown at me in that conversation three years ago that I hadn't fully processed or healed from or let go of. So you begin think we're beyond something, but subconsciously it's lingering. So don't be surprised if something like that comes up because the body remembers and it's you know, emotions, it stores the memory of the event. So the emotions may come up, and you need to be fully comfortable and safe within so because really that's a cleansing. That's the body saying we no longer need to hold on to this, let it go. Now Approaching the summer solstice. It's also an amplified field of energy that will push all of this stuff up that you need to fully make peace with and you need to let it go. This can look like self-forgiveness. This can look like a full reconciliation. This could look like speaking truth. This could look like allowing yourself to be soothed in a moment of discomfort. So it's gonna look, it's gonna show up and be different for each of us. Um, allowing yourself to say, you know what, maybe in that moment I didn't have the tools to show up in a better way. And letting yourself off the hook. Or maybe the other person didn't have the tools or the resources to show up in a certain way. You see, karmic cycles, and this is what cancer is showing us in June. Um, it's illuminating the karmic cycles. Karmic cycles are all about loops that are created from unprocessed and suppressed emotions. Unprocessed emotional energy, uh, because emotional energy has a magnetic attractive quality. So there's something there that's still activated in your vibration. And because it's still activated in your vibration, it may be pulling in this and pulling in this and pulling in this and this argument and this thing and this misinterpretation, this miscommunication, this misunderstanding. Okay, well, we're hitting a point where we need to look at that. Where am I still unconsciously attracting interactions, outcomes, and scenarios from um activated wounds? Now again, Gemini is showing us that we should not judge this process. Duality, baby. Duality, highs and lows, ups and downs, laughter and sadness. All it's all the pain and the beauty mixed into one tapestry of your soul's experience. Being at peace with the pieces as they're revealing themselves. That is the way of a master. It's to just be at peace with with all of this. Let me know in the comments if you struggle with self-judgment. Let me know. I could have done that better. I'm not doing this good enough. I'm not showing up um correctly. I'm not solving this issue fast enough, especially when it comes to relationships. I'm not becoming this person that my partner wants me to be fast enough. I'm not doing it the right way. Oh, it's taking me too long. Why is it taking me so long? I should be further along than this. What the fuck? Source. Why am I still here? Okay. The quickest way to free yourself from that loop of self-judgment, the quickest way is to be compassionate with yourself on this journey. If if there were any master skill we could talk about, it would be that one. So there's a phrase I came up with years ago to get me on board with this, which is I am my own biggest fan. That means wrong or right, however, I handled things or however I express myself in the moment. I'm my biggest fan and cheerleader. Now I'm not talking about being like in a narcissistic um pattern and can and and validating negative behavior. But what I am talking about is the power and the ability to give oneself grace. And it's okay. You come back and you say, I do this with my husband all the time. We do it with each other. And I go, you know, take some time to reflect. Um I could have probably shown up better in that interaction. I apologize. So you see, I want you to be on your own team while simultaneously getting in the habit of apologizing quickly, swiftly, when you need to. That is another way of a master. You apologize and you make peace. You apologize and you make peace. You don't self-loathe, you don't dwell, you don't hold on to it. You see, you have to always be in this process of letting yourself off the hook and the other person off the hook, because if you don't, that is the karmic cycle. So, one thing you will observe about folks who move, who shift through parallel frames of existence and realities very quickly, meaning they're always quantum leaping and leaping and shifting and shifting and doing this and attracting this and expanding and expanding and this and this, is they don't hold on to things. They don't hold on to things. It's like water, like the cancer is trying to um connect us to that element of water. Let it go. Let me know in the comments if you're someone who holds grudges, not just with others, but also with yourself. It's like you play it in your head again. Why didn't I say this? I could have said that. Why didn't I raise my hand to speak? Why didn't I stand up for myself in the moment? Why didn't I do this? Why didn't I do that? Okay, you want to be getting out of that pattern of living in the past. So you see, that's the shadow side of the cancer, what cancer is going to be showing us in June. Getting stuck, overly reflecting. And a lot of people on the spiritual path struggle with this. We can become so self-reflective to the point where we're always, I mean, really, it's criticism and giving ourselves another diagnosis. I mean, fucking hell. Let's just cut it out. And this is wrong with me, and this is wrong with me, and I did this and I'm working on this. You ever meet somebody who's in a constant state of trying to heal something? Okay, the ultimate uh freedom is when you're done healing and you're now being. Everybody here, it's like we're done with the healing. I mean, really, that is like that can also be a loop. I'm healing this. Um it really doesn't take all of this time to be healing all of these things, which is really your ego in disguise saying, and this other thing is wrong with you. Because guess what? We will never get to the end of it. That's the shadow side of water signs. You don't, how deep is the ocean? I'll put it that way. We don't even know how deep. Our scientist sources saying they don't even really know or can even really fathom the depth of the ocean. So there's no um, you're not gonna get to the end of all the things you ever did wrong and everybody else ever did wrong, and healing it all, and learning from it all in a conscious level and trying to approach it in this methodical, mechanical, analytical way. It's not gonna happen. It'll just keep going on and on. And by the way, the the way the ego mind even works, because this is its job, it likes to fixate on a problem and expand on it, analyze it. So you see there's an endless loop there. At what point do you, as the master, say that's it? That's enough. It's done. Now, this only comes when you let yourself off the hook and you uh let everyone else off the hook as well. Some of you are trying to manifest new realities on old energy. You're trying to call in higher money, but you still have shame and resentment about how you handled money in the past. You're trying to call in a relationship, a divine union, a husband, a wife, but you're still guilty about how you showed up in the last interaction. Oh, and you're still pissed at that person for how they showed up. Okay, that's old energy. That's an old template. That has to be fully cleansed and cleared and reconciled out of the system before, well, the other energy can show up, but it may still be a reflection of what you are not letting go of. So this never-ending healing can really be done by simply making peace with everything that has been. And I know this is easier said than done. And it may take um some time, but as long as you set this intention, let's all set this intention right now. I'm setting the intention to fully make peace with my past so I can manifest from a clear vibrational signal. Now, this requires honesty, which that Gemini energy we're gonna be working with, Gemini is really good at that. Think about like a Kanye West. Radically honest, truthful, because that's required for effective communication, not just with others, but with oneself. Being radically honest, you have to be honest to get anywhere in this process, meaning some of you are afraid to confront others or use your voice and vocalize what you really are upset about. How do you deal with an attachment from someone who did black magic? Very simple, it doesn't exist. Stop entertaining it. That's all just lower vibrational chatter and getting you to use your own creative power to focus on a negative outcome and fuel it and charge it with the fear. Oh, they put something on me. It's all just energy. Stop entertaining it. Flood it with love and light and a higher vibration. Thank you so much for showing me where I was still believing in the idea that someone else could create in my reality. That's all that reflection is showing up and doing. That was kind of off track, but I had to answer that one. It was just like standing out to me, right? Um, yeah, some of you don't want to vocalize and just say what the truth is in these relationships, in these interactions. And trust that you can do it from a mature place, a grounded place. It doesn't have to be emotionally charged and explosive. It can very much well look like, you know, I know I've been struggling to give this words. This is Gemini. I've been struggling to give this words, but I really want to communicate this. And I want you to know this is not an attack on you, but I haven't been receiving this, this, this, and this. Then you give a little dramatic pause and you just let them sit with it. Let me know in the comments if you are afraid of conflict. Because people who are afraid of that tension, that truth speaking, that letting people know, usually run from themselves as well. I want everybody here to practice, especially if you want to close out the you really want to clear some of these karmic cycles so you can leverage the power and the potency of the solstice and then after the solstice for what I like to call peak abundance. In summertime, it's all about peak of peak abundance. But to have peak abundance, you have to be willing to illuminate the shadows that you see this energy right now is trying to reveal to you. So I need everybody here to think about all of the folks or the situations that have been lingering, they're they've been bothering you, and where you have not been communicating and using your voice effectively. And I want you to sit on this and I want you to think about how you're going to initiate closure. There's something Source has me do, usually at the end of every year, but in a way, because we're going into the summer solstice, this is like we're kind of like in that new year energy, right? Spring to summer, it's like a new year portal, the real, you know, nature's new year. Um you or Source will have me think about all of the um maybe relationships that went south or interactions or disagreements. And uh, if there was not the appropriate closure, follow up with those people because this cleans up the energy in your field and it stops those energetic leakages, meaning that person shows up again in the future in some type of way, or the energy of that event lingers and it keeps showing up in your interactions with other people. So if you want to clean that up so you can have that peak abundance post-solstice. Okay? This is what our indigenous and our ancient civilizations understood about cycles and seasons and these vortexes and portals and how to work with the ley lines and the moons and all of it. It all means something. It's all the macro. Communicating with us on the micro. You want to be translating this into how you're showing up right now. Let me go clean some things up. It's gonna require me to be an effective communicator. And I know I typically avoid these types of interactions and things and conversations, but I have to do it. Hey, I know I ghosted you. Some of you are like fantastic at ghosting people, I'm hearing. But really, it's that is not the way of a master. When you withdraw energy quickly and swiftly without giving the proper closure, you actually create insanity in the other person. And that's when you get stalking and a bunch of stuff. Okay. It's so simple when you practice. I used to be like this in my earlier 20s. It was like I didn't know how to tell people I wasn't interested in them. And so I would just, let me stop texting them or let me block them, or you know, that's so immature. You know, hey, I had a great time with you. Um, but for me, I know this isn't aligned, and I'm wishing you well in your dating journey. Thanks so much. Practice being an effective communicator of your emotions and your um internal realization. You will save yourself so much chaos and static in your interactions with people when you learn how to do this. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. A lot of these conversations, quite frankly, are fucking uncomfortable. Who really wants to sit there and tell somebody, hey, I'm not really feeling you like that? You know, nobody wants to do that because we don't want to hurt people's feelings. But you see, in the process, we do end up hurting their feelings anyways and creating more of an energetic leakage. In your, you may be in a relationship right now with the love of your life doing this same stuff. I don't want to tell this person what I need, or I don't like when they do this, or it this irritates me about them. Yes, this will be on YouTube today. Okay. So if you're noticing that about yourself, how you communicate. Um, okay, I'm hearing passive aggressiveness sources talking about. Some some of you may you're very passive aggressive. Meaning, instead of saying the thing that really bothers you, you speak around the thing and you bring up all these other little things and you're throwing like energetic darts at the person instead of just getting on with what it's really about. What is it really about? I had a conversation like this today with someone I'm working with. And I go, if there is any one thing you could say to this person that you haven't said, or you're not saying, but you're thinking about it in your inner realm and thoughts every day, what would it be? Think about these things. My ladies, I'm gonna speak to you really quickly. You're in a relationship with a man, and you're tired of doing 50-50 with this man. Or uh you're tired of planning all the dates, you're exhausted of cleaning up after this individual. You're tired, you're exhausted. Okay, and now that resentment is building and creating distance within the intimacy. See, physical distance is a manifestation of emotional distance, and emotional distance is created when we have built up an accumulation of resentment. And this is why I tell my husband everything right on the spot. Right on the spot. I don't want all this stuff to be building and building and building, and that's why we have the most amazing friendship and partnership, because we tell each other what it is in the moment, even if it's gonna get a little dramatic in the moment. But you see, that tension, that conflict, it doesn't last that long. Because it's also not an abundance of um unspoken truths that have never been said. So whenever we do argue or something comes up, we're talking about what we're talking about right now. We're not also talking about what happened uh two and three years ago. Well, you know, three years ago, you said, we're never talking about three years ago when you said, because three years ago when that happened, I told you. Or you told me. Okay, so you're tired. Men, let me speak to my men. You feel like this woman is on your back. You're doing everything in your power to provide or prove something to her or be this anchor, and maybe it's not enough. It doesn't seem like it's enough, and you don't know how to say, Hey, can you just be my cheerleader sometimes? Okay, where June is about, where you have not communicated, how you can communicate better, how you can make peace with the past to truly move on, to step into a new cycle of energy, and how to emotionally process things, and how to be comfortable holding really two realities at once, which may be I'm not fully happy where I am, but I'm looking forward to where I'm going, and I'm also not stuck on where I was. That's what the master is always doing. I mean, really, that's three, that's a trifold consciousness. I'm aware of the past, but I'm not stuck there. I'm here in the present, it may not be everything. Everything I want it to be, but I'm processing my emotions and I'm still leaning into gratitude and I'm holding the vibration of my future with absolute and an anticipation of excitement and joy. Okay, that's peace, that's inner harmony, that's coherence. Now, if someone says, Well, what if I'm communicating with someone and it's like they're not listening or they don't hear me? Okay, well, being honest about where people are. How do you process your emotions? You can journal. The release letter is a really powerful tool, which is why I always talk about it. You channel your feelings, your true feelings, thoughts, and emotions. And it's this is a great time. We're in that uh energy of the full moon still. You write out your thoughts, everything that hurts you or um pissed you off, and you charge it into this letter. I remember um I was talking to one of my close friends, and she goes, uh, had been moving through some patterns from a past relationship, and goes, you know, I realized there was so much unprocessed. And I wrote, uh I wrote 16 release letters, and she goes, Yeah, and some of them were a fuck you motherfucker, those types. So maybe you need to do a fuck you motherfucker type release letters. And you're just getting out the system and you have to burn them. You can, um, you know, physical activity is a power transmutation of energy. Cardio. We all have to do cardio. We all have to do cardio. We all have to do cardio. We all have to do cardio. We have to do cardio. We have to, you have to. It's all kinetic energy. You know what, when you're burning calories, you're what do you think you're doing? You're burning energy. You're purging energy. Um when you do a lot of physical activity, um, you know, when you yawn, well, you're yawning because you're clearing stagnant energy that was in the body. Everybody has to move. Everybody has to move. So you have to do your release letter. You want to be um working out at least three to four times per week. It's unavoidable. It has nothing to do about, you know, yes, some people may need to lose weight, or you have certain, you know, goals around that, but this is just vibrational maintenance more than anything else. Meditation. Fun. Having fun is a powerful healer. Oh my goodness. One of the nights in Sedona at my recent retreat, I go, you know what? Raise your hand if you want to stay inside tonight and do some boring ceremony. I can do, I can put it together. We could do some type of journey. Or let me know if you want to go out dancing. And most people go, I would go out dancing. So we go out dancing, and we go to this karaoke place. And as a group, we perform Missy Elliott. Um, is it working? When I say you could not tell me I was not on a world tour, and these women were not on a world tour. I'm like, you some people were trying to like, I just gotta go to sleep tonight. I'm like, you just came. You just flew cross country, you had all these delays, like the person I was talking to, and you're just gonna go home tonight? No, you came to the retreat to have an experience. Let's have an experience. Why be in a comforted cocoon? No, you need to get out. Healing is it's it's not like this ceremonial thing. It can be, but oftentimes it's just allowing the universe to interact with you in a real moment of time. Oh my God, I had the time of my life performing on stage with these amazing women, and the crowd was wanting an encore. They're just like, oh encod, they just wanted more. That's also magnetism. So maybe you need a night out and you need to get out of your bubble. Yes, someone says healing through experience. That is the best way. You ever have a really good cathartic laugh? Like you just like laughing so hard. And oh my God, I'll give you another story. Um, a couple years ago, I just laughed thinking about it. I was in Mount Shasta, which I'm getting ready to go back to that crazy place next week. I'm in Mount Shasta and we're doing a ceremonial hike. We're on this hike, and we're going through portals. No, we're going through Stargates. And so our guide is like, oh, you know, ceremonially serious channeling, you know, we're with the ascended masters right now. We're getting ready to walk through this really, you know, powerful Stargate. And I, okay, we're sitting here and I'm like hungry. I'm like trying to eat my snacks. And you know when you're trying to be like quiet, but like the bag is like rattling, and you're just, he's doing this whole ceremonial Stargate activation. And here I am eating my snacks, and the bag is so loud, and I just I could uncontrollably, I could not stop laughing. And that is how the mountain wanted to work with me. Total inner child. The polarity, the just this incredible duality of this serious ceremony that I am not, I don't want to say I'm not taking seriously, but I'm in my human body and I need a snack right now. And I'm just laughing so hard. And then everybody starts laughing. And we get this incredible diamond rainbow crystalline activation, and I can feel the um the prism of my heart chakra spinning and crystallizing from just this moment of laughter, right? It's supposed to be so serious, and we're supposed to be in this deep meditative state of like, dude, I need a snack right now. That's healing, too. Doesn't always have to be so formal. So this is how I work with the field and how I work with my guides is um, it's never like this overly serious thing. Some of you, it's like, okay, I feel like you're holding your breath. You need to just sometimes I'll be working with people and source will ask them, when was your last drink? I know some people here might not like this, but this is how they are. You really need a glass of wine, they'll say. You really need a glass of wine. You need to release and unwind. Why do you think we left some of these things on the planet? Not to be abused, but you just need to get out of the mind. You need to relax. Why do you think there's marijuana? That plant is here. See, a lot of these tools, right? Because what is alcohol? It's the fermentation. Again, it's not to abuse and overuse. The goal is to become a very balanced being. Now, maybe you don't need to use that tool. You don't need to work with plant medicine or you don't need to work with some of these things. So I'm just giving you options to relax. Relaxation. Letting go. Breathing. The breath, that's another tool. Breathe, just simple breathing can move you through a moment of tension, of fear, of anxiety. Just breathing, just by breathing, you access the present moment. Just by breathing, you get out of that thought loop. Just by breathing, you shift from a vibration of fear to a vibration of hope. And once you access hope, okay, now you have access to higher emotions of energy. Higher emotional energy just by breathing. So as a spiritual being, I want you to have your set of tools and knowing what tools are appropriate and when. I mean, really intense. And I break the ice at the end and I go, well, I definitely will be having a glass of wine tonight. Because that was fucking intense. To just decompress. Now, if you're somebody like me, you're on all the time. Meaning the channel never really closes. And if you're also a workaholic, and I know a lot of you are, because you're here helping to rebuild the new earth. You don't really know how to turn it off. You have to turn it off. So I have to run at least a mile in the morning. Um, I have to meditate, I have to do my release letters because that's a lot of energy all day that I am just it's moving through me. I have to do these things consistently. When I'm upset about things or bothered by things, I have to say them and share them. I can't let them linger. And this is all about timing. You'll know the right time, but not letting things fester. I have to have my occasional glass of wine. Ladies, you should drink wet red wine, source says. It's more in harmony with our um biology. Release, be out in nature, breathing, stretching, yoga, dancing, singing, laughing, music. So for my people struggling with depression, um, if you're not doing all of those things, diet, a proper diet, if you're not doing all of those things, before you go get that medicine from the doctor or this diagnosis, how about you start with the basics? Meditation, cardio, release letters as often as you need to, honest conversations where you're using your voice and communicating effectively, breathing in moments of tension and conflict, laughter and dancing and singing. I guarantee if you're engaging those things consistently, consistently, the spirit of depression will leave you. That is just a lingering spirit that is getting you to focus on the negative. I guarantee you start moving your body and you start doing these practices every day. There's no way you can stay in a state of depression because you will quite literally be moving the energy up the chakras and out of your field, out of your body. Yeah, voice notes. Whatever you have to do to be moving through the energy. Okay? So that's my energetic forecast. That's what's coming up in June, and again, just to seal it all together beautifully. Everything that comes up and reveals itself is so that you can leverage the uh frequency of the summer solstice to walk into peak abundance. June and July for me is always when I say abundance on steroids, it's all coming, it's all happening, it's all moving, it's all, it's like whoa, it's the momentum, it's like it's not stopping. If you want that type of summer, do the work now. We're in our final weeks before summer. Do the work now. Some people need to initiate some conversation, some people need to write some release letters, some people need to stop making excuses and get moving, get your body moving.
