It's Leap day and we are on the brink of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere.
Stepping into March and a change of season, we tentatively emerge from the depths of Winter, feeling desirous of change.
Like nature, we have one foot in Winter and the other in Spring. Slowly, newness unfolds from our dreams into reality. New routines, systems, friendships, eating habits and skills, start to drop in.
If you gave yourself time and space for Wintering, your inner connection will be blossoming. If not, you may feel blocked, purposeless or even in struggle.
Creating solid soul foundations is crucial. Eclipse season is looming and things always feel chaotic and unpredictable with heightened eclipse energies.
And as the year progresses, you will need established practices and light tools to keep you balanced & centred. Navigating the rise and fall of energy can feel very draining & challenging without support.
