You segued right into it. Khandaq present day, inner gang, a group of international mercies. We see Ahman pulling a back to the future, move using vehicles to pull him on his skateboard. Ahman almost rolls by the inner gang. Check boy with a van waiting to get checked out with three men. Ahman was a diversion. The van was hiding his mother Adriano.

Yeah, those, mercies they usually hiding someone.

Van drives out to the desert while we find, out. Adriana has a family heirloom of Etherium, a necklace.

ZaneMan 5:51

It's always like a necklace or a ring or something. It's just like, oh yeah, this, this is important.

Jonni Boy 5:56

We'll see that, later on in the movie. They're looking for the crown of SABIC inside a mountain. And, Adriana's brother stays with the van while the other three journey into the mountain and Ishma vanishes and Samir goes to look for him while Adriana searches for the crown.

That is true. So Samir falls to the ground dying near Kareem, who's out in the van, and 10 armored men shoot him to make, make sure he is dead. Ishmael turns up andsaid Samir needed some air. It's the first indication that some, uh, nefarious things might be going on.

Yeah. I mean, they always be lying. Yep. I feel like this is a very basic movie start.

It is also, it's not armored, it's armed. They did not have armor on. They were armed with like weapons and stuff. You said 10 armored men.

They have they had armor on too, didn't they really? No, they were not. Like, they had like Kevlar on, didn't they?

I know. He always does. Just so you know, and just so, e lantern will understand as well. We might not go over every single aspect of the movie. there probably some things we're gonna skip people can watch the movie and look at the minutia of the,movie. They continue to search, and find a tomb of the 10th Adam slave who became champion and defeated the king. They find the crown and Adriana climbs to get to it, and the men with guns enter with Kareem and capture isel.

You mean the armed men?

He was worried he is gonna mess it up again. So he avoided the word altogether.

That's right. That's what I do. they shot at Adriana and she hides until they put a gun to her brother Kareem's head. They capture her over the tomb. They take the crown, they surround her and ask any last words. They're, they're just asking for it. And what does she say?

ZaneMan 8:28

she wants to thank her mom and dad and her grandma for getting her here. And her teachers. I don't, I'm guessing

she's like, hello there.

ZaneMan 8:42

I'm assuming I'm right on the money right now.

the men with guns surround her and one goes to check him out or surround the guy 10th, Adam electrocutes him from skin to Bones. They open fire and 10th Adam says your magic is weak.

I mean, when you can disintegrate someone, you would think that bullets are weak, I guess.

Jonni Boy 9:21

I mean, they're just shooting at him and he just disintegrates that kid all the way down to his bone.

Teth Adam raises up off the ground and Adrian and Kareem fl Teth adam takes on the armed men and flies outside of the cave. Now, you know, we're in a cave,

That's where we were the whole time.

I was just confused. I don't think you set up the scene very well. Yeah. I need you to tell me the exact date, time, and, uh, area that it's set in every time.

So Adrian and, and Kareem take off in the van with the Crown Teth. Adam takes on two helicopters, a dozen armored trucks, and many mercenaries in slow motion with painted black plane by the Rolling Stones in the background.

ZaneMan 10:13

I'm sorry, you said mercenary. I thought these were mercies.

Jonni Boy 10:17

ZaneMan 10:18

Oh, okay. They're, they're both there.

Jonni Boy 10:21

One mercenary shoots him with an eter rocket in wounds. Teth Adam, but also makes him stronger. He flies away and crashes down almost immediately. And Adriana has her brother get him in the van because, you know, he's an electrician.

ZaneMan 10:36

I mean like Teth Adam, he has the powers electricity. He's an electrician.

P Lantern 10:42

at the same superpowers. Two erum bikes in the sky and they call the mercenaries. Only Ishmail is alive. Cause he shoots the main guy, I guess, for not being able to control of the situation.

Yeah. So you know, no HR here. Hawk Man's Estate in Louisiana. Carter Hall Hawkman is watching news footage of Teth Adam, Amanda Waller comes on the screen. He says wheels up in 30. Amanda says, who's on the team? We meet Maxine, a k a Cyclone, wind manipulation powers, computer skills. Smart as hell.

ZaneMan 11:27

I think that you shouldn't have needed these many people on a team. I think like, like one or two people would've been fine.

Jonni Boy 11:35

Well, they had her and they had Adam Smasher

because I think adam Smasher did a lot more damage than he helped in this movie.

And, that Cyclone girl was pretty bad as all things go. Ike she didn't really add much.

Jonni Boy 11:52

She had that win element. Yeah. Tornado. You know, Cyclone Al Rothstein is the nephew to the original Adam, Smasher plus Kent Nelson Dr. Fate Magic to fight Magic is what he says. Carter tells Amanda to find a cell to hold Teth Adam and they'll take care of the rest.

I think the, I forgot all their names already. Geez, man. You're really, I mean, where are we even, you didn't even set up the location

Cyclone asks what's the op Hawkman says they're headed to conduct, to apprehend an, a class, metahuman Rogue Metahuman. We find out from Dr. Fate, they're the Justice Society and they fly out on an infant metal ship. That launches from a man's garden

like the X-Men ship from Professor Xavier.

And I don't know when I should say this or when I shouldn't say this, but I feel like the ship was shaped a certain way.

when, you know, when resistant Teth Adam wakes up and amman's, DC poster filled room. And he burns a hole in the Superman poster and fixes his own injury. Ahman talks to Teth, Adam said he's been in a tomb for 5,000 years until mom woke you up stopping bullets. He's got that check, flying check, lightning check. I love how they, you know, always say what kind of powers they have.

Yeah. But it's important to set up and they always choose to do it the same way. Set up the exact same time.

Teth Adam leaves the building.

Yeah, it's pretty good. The Justice Society flying to conduct with Dr., Fate and Carter discussing their plan. Bad plan is better than any planet. No plan at all. Dr., Fate knows if Teth Adam says Shazam, he will lose his power.

He's still like, powerful. He's like, cool. Yeah. He's kind of, if you think about it, he's kind of sick with it. So,

True. Teth, Adam flies out, to his statue. Ahman gets inner gang to follow him. Adriana saves her son Teth. Adam then has a showdown with inner gang Zaps all five and says, tell'em the men in blacks since you Yeah, after they were already killed.

ZaneMan 17:24

kid comes out, he's like, no, he had to saved before it doesn't work. And he's like, whining and, you know, he's a kid.

Jonni Boy 17:30

But it was like a showdown because he had, you know, when he zapped a movie, it was a movie where he was getting ready to draw his pistol. So he kind of had his hand near, uh, his hip before he did the electricity. I dunno if you, if you noticed that or not, Justice Society shows up with Teth Adam holding two inner gang high up in the air, and Carter jumps out of the plane as Hawkman and Dr. Fate joins him, leaving Cyclone and Adam Smasher on the plane. Hawkman saves the two inter gang Teth Adam kills them.

ZaneMan 18:03

I mean, it's kind of in the name. Well, did we say what Teth means? No. All right, well, we'll, we won't spoil it. It means death.

There you go. Just spoiled it. Wait, wait. We didn't tell'em there was gonna be spoilers if they hadn't seen the movie yet.

since you're already like half an hour in, there will be spoilers for the shows and movies.

Jonni Boy 18:23

Just wanna make sure that they realize there's a couple spoilers we have to talk about. Aman tells Teth Adam that they are the Justice Society. Dr. Fate tells him there's no place in the world of man. Adam Hawkman and Dr. Fate fighting the streets of conduct. Dr. Fate strikes 10th Adam by sending him back to his time, uh, 10th Adams time. So Hawkman can punch him and tell him to say Suzanne so they can go home. But that doesn't happen.

ZaneMan 18:51

Oh, I thought, I thought he was gonna do it. So he could say, telling the men in black sent you.

P Lantern 18:56

Oh yeah.

ZaneMan 18:58

I mean, cuz that's the only reasonable thing to say.

Jonni Boy 19:00

Yeah. He hadn't said The men in Blacken, a man and Teth Adam take their fight into the air while Cyclone and Adam Smasher suit up on the plane. Dr. Fate calls them from the plane and they jump out. Cyclone uses wind to whip up the scaffolding and throws it at 10th Adam and traps him. Dr. Fate saves Adriana and Amman teleporting them to a higher street level and releases, um, Adriana and finds out she has the crown of.

ZaneMan 19:26

I mean honestly, poor construction workers facts, they had to set up all that stuff and then here comes Cyclone just being like, oops, winded away.

P Lantern 19:34

Oops. I threw it. I threw it all in the trash

Jonni Boy 19:37

and they're just knocking it down too, so

P Lantern 19:39

And that was Adam Smasher.

ZaneMan 19:41

Yeah, adam Smasher. He just like got all big and then he just fell in a building. That's all he did.

P Lantern 19:46

He just kept breaking stuff.

Jonni Boy 19:48

Hawkman and Teth Adam continue to fight and many Dr. Fate join in wrestling. Teth Adam, just as Dr. Fate, Cyclone and Hawkman are about to do 10th Adam and a big lightning explosion lights up the sky while Adam Smasher trying to find the fight. He knows where it's at now. Adam Smasher catches Teth Adam and knocks him out, or he kind of holds him down.

ZaneMan 20:11

So this is really off topic, but it's got my brain going. How do you think Adam Smasher would stealth something?

Jonni Boy 20:19

Probably couldn't. He's too big. Exactly. Unless he was regular size and then'Ched up.

P Lantern 20:23

Well, I was gonna say you could like run in with like regular stuff on and then gets super big right in the middle of everything and he would steal for totally like say he was like grabbing like a little box or something. He runs and he grabs the box and then do escape. He just turned to, he's already accomplished what he needs to stealth for.

ZaneMan 20:41

Yeah, I guess so. I mean, Imwe will get in his stealth later with the video game because someone here doesn't know how to stealth a mission.

Jonni Boy 20:48

the crowd in the streets. Chant long-lived the champion Teth Adam flies away and the justice o discusses how they were defeated Justices justice. All right. Change the name of the group. Yeah. You're society just sounds so. Silly Sounds better. Yeah,

Yeah. Dr. Fate confronts Adriana about the crown and she confronts them right back about where they have been for 27 years. Burn. It's not until, they know that they have a champion that the Justice Society shows up. Burn.

ZaneMan 21:40

Yeah. Burn.

She says 10th Adam is after revenge and they flashback to the king, almost getting the crown. And 10th Adam flying in with his anger power Ru and he became uncontrollable and he blew up the temple. The council wizards forced to deem you unworthy, she says, and they trapped 10th Adam. Adriana did not open death Adam's tomb, but is prison. She wants him to be a Hero.

Inner gang surrounds the inside of the building and Ahman attempts to escape on his skateboard. A attorney bike captures him, uh, releases him with Teth Adam attacks. Ishmael captures Ahman to find not any crown, and he escapes on the attorney bike with Teth Adam In Pursuit. Several bikes are in the air and Teth Adam and the Justice Society assists him. Teth Adam crashes the last speeder bike and doesn't save Amman.

Cyclone saves Kareem Teth. Adam shows up to Adriana's house with Dr., Fate and Hawkman, and he has two prisoners. Inter Gang has a mine in the mountains. Teth, Adam and Hawkman fight in the apartment to discover the Crown. Adriana forces Teth Adam and the Justice Society team up to get Amman. They debrief and while they're debriefing, this is funny. Teth Adam takes off and takes on inner gang all by himself. Yeah, starts killing everybody.

Adam again explodes a lightning bomb basically around them. And Teth Adam, actually did hurt Iman and Ishma is holding onto the crown and he's crushed now.

It would've been cooler, I think if they would've had the logos of Dr., Fate or whoever on the seats they were sitting in. But that, that didn't happen.

So they flip the crown upside down and they realize that its death is the only path to light. Then you're like, oh, crap. And then Ishma they have the body, of course, on the plane, and he starts to light up and comes back to life as sabic. He says the word sabic and becomes the Demonn sabic. And he crashes the Justice Society's ship. Dr., Fate, Cyclone, Hawkman, Adam, Smasher. Take him on.

So you're um, obviously it's a tutorial mission. So you're learning the controls. It shows you how to find clues. You follow the clues. It's like a trail. And then you go down and then you go to a main area and it's just like this big area, this courtyard with a bunch of bad guys and you gotta like take'em down and it tells you the controls. And then you go inside where the hostages are and you let'em out and then you run cuz the police are there. and you go down to the, police station, which is the next part of the mission. And you go in and you get more clues and you sneak into the scientists like the morgue where the scientist is being held. Oh, right. And then further into the morgue, there's this place where the scientists worked. And it was, there was like clue and you had to figure out a key to you pick up, you pick up a key card and it's just like a secret entrance. And then you go down to the basement bunker where he is got this creatures and all that stuff.

Yeah. And, and then you get to the furnace room where they burn all the bodies and um, Shaw, his dead body's there, and nearly. And then you see someone standing over and you're like, oh. The legal assassin, they're gonna try to resurrect him, but then you see that they stab and they're like, nah, you're, that's a good whatever. While we were in this mission, we were still playing separately cuz we couldn't play together yet. and something happened in this section where that Black p talked about for the rest of the game

But the main story was that they wanted to find Talia Al because they thought she had a plan and they didn't want the league of assassins to be here and, you know, all of that stuff. We're not gonna tell the story of this game very well, but we do really recommend that you play it.

So every character has the main story. That they can go through. But every character has their own little cut scenes that they can watch as well. Right. And I remember the first cut scene I had, let's see, it was all right. Well the first cut scene I had was when you get your, your special ability that each character has and he looks at the memorial that they had up in the bell free for Batman, and he's like tapping on his little tablet and he's just like, I want, he sees something reflecting. He's just like, I wonder if I could use the watch. Tells teleportation to do short jumps across spans. And so these are usually called their knighthood abilities and each character's a different one. And I chose Tim Drake mostly cuz he had this ability. he can tell port short distances and it's really good ability. right. So you can take it over with red Hood now.

So Red hood's cut scene, he was like, Oh, that whole thing. It's like glowing. He was at the Batman memorial and he went up and touched the mask and then he like had a epileptic shock where he was like, oh God, I'm having a seizure. And he was like, whoa, huh, I'm magical. Uh, cuz he died and came back in the Lazarus pit, which had something to do with Grace Hall go. And then he got, you know, special powers, which allowed him to jump on air. That was it. That's his special ability. It's nothing cool like teleporting. He's just bouncing.

Yeah. That's how he moves around the city. So you would think he'd be slower, but mine's a lot cooler even though

playing together and using these night abilities. It's super sick to see each person going around, and doing these things. so cut scenes. Yeah, cut scenes. Um, go around the city and since he can teleport, I always wanted to see what it was like on his screening, cuz I would just disappear and then reappear someone else. Whereas his was just a basic jump that he could just continuously do.

Yeah. It looked the same, what my screens did on his screen, but on his screen, his whole like, name tag and everything disappeared. He would like flip in and then blip out and blip in and blip out, which was super sweet to see.

And you could unlock an ability where you could, um, stealth attack people when coming out of it. And so he would just see me appear, take someone out, and then disappear again, which I always thought would look super sick, but I never got to witness it from his side.

Yeah. It's the League of Assassins.

Talia UL's plan, which was her secret motive to helping them out, get rid of the court of ours, um, was to revive Batman, bring him back to life and control him like a puppet, to bring about a new rule of Gotham with, Talia Ul in the League of Shadows. it was a big thing. It was a big fight. You had to fight Batman. You had to fight T goul at the same time,

and we were playing as, you know, as we were saying, we were playing together and fighting Batman. You'd have to do these little parts where it's like, wake up. You'd have to wake, wake up, say something to him. and, you know, there would be this nice little thing where I would go up to him like, you couldn't see all three by your, unless you're playing by yourself. But like, I think he, I did it one, and then he did one, and then he pressed the third one, but it made me go on the cut scene. So like the first one, he basically said something, it was the same sentiment as like, man, you're my best son. I love you so much. And then he did it. And what did he say?

and then Batman died second time. Second time. Also a key aspect of this game, you know, since that was the very end of the story and then like everything was just like, oh yeah, whatever. right? Yeah. You could stealth every single mission self heavy if you wanted to. And I could. I would be able to do it easily cuz I could jump, teleport, get to somewhere easy, take someone out and you know, I would say, yo, please, this next mission, stealth it. Come on. It's so easy.

And there in each mission, like submission, there was a, a side part of that mission where you had to get little objectives and a lot of them had to do with being stealthy and not getting detected. so the two things that would happen, he would either run in, get detected immediately and start killing everyone while I was, I still stealth everyone cuz they didn't know I was there or he stealth attacked one person either messed it up by like, not by the game, not registering, press the right button or just killing someone in the middle of the room, and everyone's seeing him.
