May 01, 2024 Season 2 Episode 107

Episode 107 of the Steelers Sanctuary Podcast is out.  This week Nick Farabaugh joins us once again.  The pod starts out with a review of the Steeelers 2024 draft. Nick is very high on the draft, as most are.  We go pick by pick discussing each one in detail.

Next we start to discuss what comes next for the Steelers.  The need for a true number two wide receiver is the most pressing issue.  We go through the usual list of trade candidates.  We both think Deebo Samuel is the most likely if a trade were to happen.  Nick thinks the best free agent match for the team is DJ Chark, and I tend to agree with him.

The subject of nickel corner also comes up as the last pressing need.  We both would be surprised if Patrick Peterson is not resigned soon.  Nick makes the point that there might be some in house options like Beanie Bishop.  We wrap up the pod discussing the fifth year option for Najee Harris.  Subscribe to the podcast wherever you get your pods.  Email the show at daver@steelersanctuary.com
