Episode 40: Steelers trade deadline options with Tony Serino

Episode 40 of the Steelers Sanctuary Podcast is out.  Tony Serino once again helps us out, and we jump right in with the Mike Tomlin press conference.  Tomlin once again using the defense as an excuse for the loss on Sunday night.  This despite the team only managing 10 points on offense.  

We hit on the news that Calvin Austin is likely done for the season, and TJ Watt will miss another week.  We finish up with the Tomlin press conference pointing out he is still in denial over the offenses struggles.

Tony and I spend some time on Kenny Pickett.  The both of us agree it’s very difficult to evaluate a quarterback in such a poorly conceived offense.  Until Matt Canada is gone, the Steelers will not know what they have in Pickett

The show finishes up with some trade deadline talk.  Will the Steelers be buyers or sellers?  Which players may be on the way out, and who might be heading to Pittsburgh.
